23/02/2025: And we're back! Saturday at the end of February. Eaten inside, in a room with a nice crackling fireplace. Cozy environment. And here we are at dinner: simple dishes, typical of our tradition with a pinch of creativity. The taste of these simple dishes enhanced by novelty. And so we tasted the tagliatelle with a light bagna cauda, ​​the plin seasoned with butter and sage, the tagliolini (tasting offered) with wild boar ragù!!!! An excellent Piedmontese appetizer with tuna and hard-boiled eggs and guinea fowl rolata. All delicious washed down with a good glass of barbera. And last but not least, the bonet, Mr. Lorenzo's workhorse. Very good. All this is the result, as I had already said last time, of "slow" cooking with prolonged cooking and careful preparations. Compliments to the chefs! All seasoned with the friendliness of the staff. We'll be back to taste what we couldn't eat tonight.....very good👏👏👏

09/12/2024: Superb carpaccio with Gorgonzola cream and hazelnuts as part of the dinner (ravioli, bollito and desserts were good). Comfortable and spacious rooms for the night, with breathtaking view on monouso at the wake-up. Great choice and quality fir breakfast… very satisfied then, just be careful which road you take to get there… if google brings you on a dirt road in the wine yards, stop immediately and go back to asphalt… you will notice some instructions written on a white plate. Just read the rough instructions and follow the asphalt road.
