17/02/2026: A spectacular setting that is not enhanced by equally warm service.
04/01/2026: In the winter, the Baita delle Stelle can be reached by single-seater chairlift in about twenty minutes. Dress warmly, as it can get chilly on the chairlift, which is open. The view is breathtaking. The staff, even though the place was quite crowded, were quick to serve us and always super friendly. Local food, including an excellent cold cuts and cheese platter.

14/03/2026: An excellent, unusual dining experience at a fair price.
The staff were welcoming, helpful, and very friendly.
08/03/2026: After a day skiing in Prato Nevoso, a quick mountain lunch of polenta and venison. The place was welcoming even after 2:00 PM. The food was good, simple, and perfect for a stop before heading home. Recommended.

31/01/2026: Group dinner on Friday night. We sat down at 8:30, orders were taken an hour later, and my boyfriend's dish was served at 11:00 (after asking the staff) because they forgot to order, while the others at the table had already finished theirs. The food was cold and dry, clearly forgotten.
No wait staff for subsequent orders. To finish, we had coffee at the perfect hour: 12:30-1:00 AM!!
Final review: Highly recommended, we won't be returning. You might have a bad night due to problems in the kitchen or the dining room, but this isn't our first bad experience.
18/01/2026: It's 11.45pm. I asked to go to the bathroom and was told that it had already been washed.

14/10/2025: We were at this place on Monday night, last night, maybe ten friends and I, around midnight, asking if it would be possible to use the space upstairs (a small balcony). The owner's response was a request for a minimum spend of €300, stated in a brusque and embarrassing manner (€300 to stay upstairs, mind you). There was no special event, nor reason for such an exorbitant price, considering that the place was almost empty (three tables outside and two inside), we found the whole thing truly embarrassing.
We talked it over among ourselves, and even if we'd thought for just a fraction of a second that it wasn't a problem, considering the owner's manner (I presume), we decided it wasn't worth it given his rudeness.
So, shortly afterward, the owner came out again and asked us, in a rude and arrogant tone, "So should I make it for you or not? Have you changed your mind?" A truly unprofessional approach, which made the experience very unpleasant.
Not recommended if you're looking for friendly and respectful service.
There are definitely better options in the area.
(1 star because 0 is impossible)

24/08/2025: Interesting and very nice place, friendly and kind waiters, also excellent drinks as well as the atmosphere in the evenings and excellent location in the San Doná square, I highly recommend it

29/12/2025: Great place to eat, perhaps after a good day of skiing. We've dined here several times, trying both the meats and the pizzas, all very good.
The service was prompt and very friendly.
Whenever we go to Prato Nevoso, we have at least one dinner here.
11/08/2025: An explosion of flavors as you savor the meat. The pizza feels like being back in Naples. Friendly staff and fast service. Reasonable price. I'll definitely be back!!

22/02/2026: Absolutely avoid. The lady at the counter is rude and arrogant like I've never seen anywhere else. I'm giving one star because I can't give less. Advice to that person: change jobs if you can't tolerate interactions with people.
12/02/2026: I visited this bar with my class during a school trip, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The staff, especially the young man and woman serving at the counter, were unhelpful and lacking in patience with the children. Furthermore, we witnessed unprofessional behavior, including the use of profanity in front of the children, which I consider absolutely inappropriate in such a context.
The quality of the food was also subpar: the ingredients were not fresh and definitely below expectations.
I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I believe it's important to improve, especially in terms of the attitude toward younger customers and the quality of the food served.

04/02/2025: Consumato il panino peggiore che io abbia mai mangiato.
Panino con salamelle, peperoni (quasi crudi) e cipolle caramellate.
Assaggiato anche hot dog, niente da fare...
Ah dimenticavo, cartelli sia all'entrata che nei pressi della cassa, bancomat fuori sevizio.😏
Un vero peccato, la location è davvero bella.
04/02/2025: Oggi ho scelto di mangiare un panino con salamelle, unico panino possibile, la salamella in Piemonte di solito è buona, ma al Rifugio dentro al panino c'era una specie di carne compattata e dal sapore indefinibile. Unita ai peperoni sottaceto. Mi chiedo perché? Peccato

10/02/2025: La mia esperienza da baby lunch è stata DELUDENTE, poiché appena arrivati la cameriera ha SOTTOLINEATO il ritardo di 9 minuti; ma non è finita qui! Il personale è incapace a prendere ordinazioni. Non sanno cuocere il risotto e in più con i bambini i camerieri sono DAVVERO maleducati.
31/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo, due famiglie e 3 bambini. Locale pieno, il personale ci ha accolto gentilmente e ci ha fatto aspettare 5 minuti per avere il tavolo. Ordinato due pizze, buone e sottili, due milanesi con patate ( porzioni abbonanti, panatura a puntino), ed una findutq e del capriolo. Tutto molto buono, capriolo morbido ben cotto, sapore ottimo senza per “gusto di selvatico”. Tutto questo con del personale gentile e veloce nel portare i piatti. Locale sicuramente cosigliato! Prezzi nella media o leggermente inferiori (14-18 euro per primi e secondi). Buono anche il vino sfuso della casa un dolcetto che si faceva bere.
