03/12/2024: We have been supplying ourselves from the Pasticceria Cioccolateria Fagiolo Piero for years, with great difficulty in choosing chocolates, for family, friends, colleagues and it is always a success for us... a show, like a show it is to enter that magnificent shop and get intoxicated by the scent of the products. There is no diet that works, try it to believe it.
26/11/2024: The best chocolates (and cakes and pastries) in Busca. Beware of imitations. Simply... exceptional!

Accompanied by delicious dishes and wines, you can savor excellent home cooking.
The service is friendly, helpful and professional, all accompanied by a lot of friendliness.
The place is incredible, immersed in the countryside, far from everyday routine.
I absolutely recommend visiting this place to enjoy the quality of the products offered with serenity.

18/12/2024: Traditional starters and first courses, the starters are very good and tasty, the first courses are good, but the lunch is worth it all thanks to the mixed fried food served as a second course, very good! We didn't get desserts since it was a birthday, medium-high price.

14/10/2024: Wonderful experience yesterday afternoon in Busca with the days of the Fai...origins tour with the owner Mrs Nicoletta to discover coffee from its origins, to roasting, packaging and distribution, passing through an interesting taste laboratory...They gave us I tasted a blend of coffee☕ with notes of dark chocolate🍫and citrus fruits🍋🍊obtained by dropping hot water through a paper filter... very good...I definitely recommend a visit, if possible, next time which will open to the public... I would also like to point out, as soon as we arrived, the kindness of a coffee offered and the explanation for the preparation of a perfect cappuccino, in the company corner shop. And then if you're lucky Luce, the "landlady" of the house, will welcome you🐶

25/08/2024: Personale molto gentile e preparato. Location fantastica, piatti sublimi, molto particolari, a base di pesce,vino bianco ligure super e, per finire, dolci ottimi. Caffè e digestivo offerto dalla casa. Prezzo sopra la media ma ne vale veramente la pena!!
20/06/2024: Un luogo veramente formidabile per un pranzo del weekend, l’ideale se si è in cerca di una struttura elegante e curata immersa nel verde.
Poi devo sicuramente fare i miei complimenti in primis al servizio, cortese e amichevole allo stesso tempo, quella tipologia che di solito viene commentata con un “ci si sente come a casa“.
Si tratta pur sempre di un ristorante e quindi arriviamo al cibo: in trattamenti artistici e cucina creativa su una base molto classica.
Non riesco a dare il punteggio massimo, meritatissimo pensando solo a persone e ambiente, avendo avuto dei dubbi sul gusto di alcune portate: ad esempio la quaglia BBQ, cotta e servita alla perfezione ma troppo dominata dalla salsa stile barbecue che dà il nome al piatto.
Indubbiamente un posto in cui tornare per testare altro, con delle scelte differenti probabilmente potrei apprezzare molto di più anche il livello gastronomico.

01/08/2024: Ero stata anni fa al Las Vegas era altra cosa .. ora pranzo di lavoro economico ma con proposte un po’ modeste , pasta stracotta …personale gentile ma non basta …non ritornerei
05/05/2024: i piatti freddi erano ok vitello tonnato molto buono i piatti caldi purtroppo non erano caldi sia il tortino con fonduta che i taiarin. nota dolente il fritto misto non fatto al momento ma tenuto in caldo arrivato appena tiepido
