13/01/2025: I booked a table at Campamac at the suggestion of a gourmet friend who had spoken highly of their cuisine.
My friend was right, absolutely!
I was there with my wife and three other friends.
After the amuse-bouche, I ordered the "I Plin Di Oca Campamac" and the "Campamac Steak Frollata 60 gg.", my wife the same type of pasta and the "Mallard with wine reduction and black truffle".
The pasta was really good with its very thin dough and the sauce was rich, flavorful and fragrant.
I am not a big fan of dry aged beef, but I wanted to try it and I must say it was really well seasoned and well cooked. The mallard was rich in flavor.
Then I had the cheese platter - a huge selection of all the cheeses from Piedmont, amazing.
At the end the chef sent us a small glass with a marron glacé, heavy cream and grappa, really appreciated!
The service was professional, punctual and accurate. The bill was fair!

conto ci faceva pesare il pagamento con carta nonostante metà fosse stato saldato in contanti.

Very nice and friendly staff, fast service.
Very welcoming and intimate place, bright and full of bottles of wine on display. Excellent cuisine. A very successful mix between Piedmont and Japan that you don't expect. He conquered us.

15/08/2024: Country bar, with little attention to service, especially the poor glass department, for the aperitif service the right glass is never paired, negative note the older lady very rude at least towards me for sure, then she is not the most friendly, negative rating as a review.

18/11/2024: Gruppo di amici che dopo 3 anni ha deciso di ritornare in questo ristorante del quale custodivamo un ottimo ricordo. Appena entriamo troviamo la solita atmosfera piacevole, il locale, rispetto alla volta scorsa ha subito delle leggere ristrutturazioni.La sala in cui abbiamo pranzato risulta essere molto accogliente e ben disposta. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, purtroppo non ha incontrato le nostre aspettative, piatti molto contenuti in termini di quantità, tajarin incollati e tartufo senza sapore. Per quanto riguarda il dessert, alcuni di noi hanno preso la torta alle nocciole con zabaione , tutti quanti abbiamo riscontrato l'assenza di carattere e gustosità.Ottima carta dei vini e prezzi che non hanno subito grosse variazioni, servizio cordiale ma pecca un poco di professionalità. Mi dispiace dover scrivere una recensione negativa su questo ristorante che fino ad oggi ha goduto di ottima fama. Spero sia di stimolo per gli attuali gestori affinché possano mantenere alta la reputazione di questo storico locale che propone una cucina tipica piemontese.

21/11/2024: Dit was op alle fronten zo slecht dat ik hier niet veel aandacht aan wil schenken.
kort samengevat: eten zeer slecht , wijnen deels niet voorradig, bediening arrogant en slecht , rekening niet correct. Totaal geen aandacht voor ons als gast !

17/11/2024: We hadden een reis door de piemonte met ons wijn genootschap.
Het hoogte punt culinair zou dit restaurant moeten worden.
Een grote teleurstelling ,de amuses waren smaakloos,we kregen carne cruda die zou groot gesneden was dat het leek dat deze voor roofdieren bereid was.Na onze 3 poging wijn te bestellen hadden we geluk ,de eerste uitgezochte wijnen waren niet meer op voorraad.Het hoofdgerecht was smakeloos.
Voor het dessert was het tafelgerei op en kregen verschillend borden een waterige panna cotta geserveerd.
Toen we ons beklaagden over de rekening 3500,00 voor 16 personen,
Sprak men in het begin geen engels naderhand toen we een kleine korting hadden bedongen bleek toch van wel.

13/11/2024: Ristorante Michelin un po’ troppo presuntuoso per la sua offerta. Il personale ci è stato costantemente addosso, riempiendoci i bicchieri anche quando non necessario, addirittura una cameriera ci ha ripreso perché non abbiamo usato la posata corretta per il burro. Abbiamo preso 2 piatti a testa: niente di che, i ravioli erano anche un po’ crudi. Anche gli antipasti buoni ma non eccezionali. Bella vista dal giardino, ma i tavoli sono solo dentro.
