10/05/2025: Simple and welcoming location, which reminds you of your grandmother's house when you were a child. The cook is a young girl who knows her stuff in terms of cooking and taste: she manages to range from a simple appetizer of Vitello Tonnato (absolutely worth trying), to an agnolotti in roast sauce with a very thin pasta that seems almost non-existent, to a burger with chips and noteworthy local meat. The wines are zero km thanks to the delicious bottles of the Goggiano winery located a few meters from the restaurant. I have yet to taste the pizza, but if this is the premise, I will definitely return 1000 more times:

25/06/2025: Piola (Piedmontese trattoria) that tries to give itself the air of a seafood restaurant, an attempt that largely fails. Lots of appetizers of dubious quality and freshness, with prawns that are almost uneatable. Wine to forget, like the place, absolutely not recommended.

18/05/2025: Arriviamo per caso in Bici in questo posto senza aver prenotato. Veniamo subito accolti da tutti con la massima gentilezza e disponibilità. Chiediamo la disponibilità di una camera per la notte e ci viene detto che avevano appena ricevuto una disdetta. Camera molto bella, grande e pulita. Cena eccezionale molto curata anche nella presentazione. La gentilezza di tutto il personale è la cosa che più ci ha fatto piacere. Posto fantastico ci torneremo sicuramente

05/05/2025: La prenotazione per 12 persone era stata effettuata con lungimiranza anni fa, ci presentiamo in un soleggiato meriggio sabatino d'inizio maggio: entriamo alle 12.30 e usciamo a un orario indefinito, ebbri, storditi, abbacinati. Potrebbero essere passati minuti, come giorni. Il tempo, lo spazio e un'altra manciata di dimensioni primordiali si fondono in questa esperienza enogastronomica che deve aver sobillato almeno un delirio mistico (da qui il nome della Cascina). Tralascio la descrizione del menu e delle bottiglie di bianchi e rossi che si susseguono senza soluzione di continuità in un turbine dionisiaco; ci tengo invece a rimarcare la squisita gentilezza di tutto il personale, che sommata al conto irrisorio farebbe pensare più a filantropia che a un esercizio commerciale. Avrò tempo di stagionare 18 mesi prima di poterci tornare, già conto i giorni.
