26/01/2025: Today at lunch, entering this restaurant which from the outside seemed a bit anonymous, we were pleasantly surprised first by the welcome and immediately afterwards by the menu but above all by the food. you immediately feel welcomed and pampered Without intrusiveness...the dishes are traditional and some are innovative. This time we tried the traditional tasting menu...a heavenly stuffed onion, the perfect tajarin with ragù and the chicken with muscat, what can I say is a pleasure from times gone by. We concluded with a very good saffron panna cotta but I have to say for me the best was the bunet which "moved" me, taking me back to memories of my grandmother when she made a pudding with the same flavour, which I have never tasted since. Congratulations because Your passion for your work fully shines through, keeping the memories of the area alive... WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK 🌟

In your restaurant you really feel super pampered, with a warm, elegant and always appreciated welcome. Expectations (never in vain) that make you enjoy every moment, beautiful and delicious dishes: balanced in every way, top quality raw materials and a certain amount of art in production. attentive and sweet service you feel pampered from start to finish: we start with the menu which is masterfully praised by you Ferruccio who are a huge storehouse of experience and class. To then move on to the wine list, also in this case I make use of your knowledge and experiences. and we always select excellent, indeed exceptional, wines that go with everything. so Ferruccio I thank you for this wonderful experience that you and your staff gave me, rest assured that I will come to disturb you again. 23/12/2024: There is little to say... everything was excellent, friendly staff who know how to put you at ease, the day we had lunch a warm fireplace warmed the family-like environment. If you want white truffles, it is better to call first, it is only served fresh and if available. The stone-cooked meat is excellent, as are the truffle tagliolini, the pumpkin flan and a spectacular salted caramel panna cotta. Highly recommended

30/11/2024: In a warm and welcoming environment, an excellent dinner based on porcini mushrooms. The assortment of local “steel only” wines is interesting.

23/01/2025: The cuisine does not match the wines served. It's missing that little extra, the touch of character. Otherwise friendly setting, very good regional wines at affordable prices, pleasant service.

26/12/2024: Pranzo di Natale, ovviamente abbiamo prenotato e siamo in 3 con una persona anziana in carrozzina. Arriviamo alle 12 e 30 , purtroppo alcuni maleducati arriveranno addirittura 1 ora dopo e magari in meno persone di quelle prenotate senza aver avvertito prima ma chi se ne frega, ci sono abituati. Ci trovano un posto adatto ad una persona che avra' sicuramente bisogno della toilette almeno 1 volta. La mise è perfetta, la toilette pulita come il resto del locale, c'e' caos, c'e' festa. Scegliamo il vino e si parte. Tutto buono e servito abbondantemente. Nonostante la quantità di persone l'attenzione verso il cliente è alta. Flan ai carciofi e fonduta, insalata di cappone, Carne cruda alla Piemontese, risotto spettacolare come gli agnolotti al ragu', il piccolo fritto misto e la musetta stracotta sono da sogno e il dessert corona il pranzo che finisce col pagare il conto e tornare a casa gia' pensando che la cena sara' a base di yogurt. abbondante ma non dozzinale. Un plauso ai registi e al personale che ha sgommato in sala. la cucina è stata eccezionale. Ci sta. A presto.

14/12/2024: Invitato ad un incontro di famiglia posso dire che la peculiarità dell’essere un ristorante piemontese emerge in un ottimo vitello tonnato ed in un bönet di alto livello, da tornare in un tavolo ove scegliere alla carta. Ho convinzione di stupirmi
