18/02/2026: I booked a typical Piedmontese lunch, specifying that I'm a wheelchair user, and they assured me there would be a stair lift for my wheelchair. On Sunday lunchtime, I arrived at the restaurant, but the stair lift didn't work. I was forced to leave without lunch for obvious reasons. The staff didn't apologize, nor did they offer to take home the lunch specials (Piedmontese-style fried fish), for a fee, of course. They left me at the door, and that was it. A terrible, poorly managed place.

24/02/2026: A review I never wanted to write. The lady at the register calculates the bill mentally, looking at the order slip her husband took. She moves quickly and doesn't produce a written receipt detailing the courses ordered, but simply states the total: €170. I pay by debit card and leave. I think about it, and with a menu in hand, I recalculate. The bill would be €69. I return, explain, and the lady recalculates verbally and states: €92. I pay anyway, even though the figures don't add up again, but she also gets the change wrong. I ask for at least the change due to pay the €92. I go back out and this time I'm really leaving. P.S. The cooking and food are always excellent, of course, but I hope you'll soon start to change your approach to this aspect of your work. Thank you.

25/10/2025: Dinner for seven of us, and we tried several dishes to share. I found the grilled octopus, mixed antipasti, and seafood pizza tasted bland. They were beautifully presented, but I would have appreciated a little more flavor. The octopus leaked, and I didn't like the vegetables that accompanied it. What I enjoyed most was the mixed fried fish: dry, varied, and plentiful. The idea of ​​serving it by the meter was a nice touch. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bill, yes, was a bit steep.
