25/12/2025: Family Christmas lunch, booked through TheFork. The owner subsequently contacted us privately to request a €40 deposit per person to secure the reservation. There was no objection to the deposit itself, except that she could (and should) have informed us at the time that, during Christmas, it would not be possible to order from the à la carte menu, but only from a set Christmas menu, which was almost entirely fish-based. Once we were seated and pointed out the issue, the response was that we should have inquired further, as the information was available on the website. Unfortunately, neither the official website nor TheFork made any mention of this change: the only communication was a post on their Instagram page, which obviously not everyone follows. The situation was quite unpleasant, especially given the attitude of the restaurant manager, who, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, insisted on blaming us. This was unprofessional and definitely avoidable behavior. Culinary-wise, only two of the six dishes offered were truly appreciated. In conclusion, a disappointing experience on several levels, especially since for a restaurant charging €100 per person, the professionalism of the wait staff must be up to par.
