23/02/2026: Returning to Turin after our experience, we decided to dine out before heading home. Thanks to a friend's exceptional recommendation, we ended up at this welcoming, warm, and family-friendly location. Customer service is at the heart of their approach, and the various courses are delicacies in taste, smell, and sight, all beautifully presented and conveying emotions. Impeccable service and friendly, attentive staff. The value for money is more than average. If you find yourself passing through the Ovada area and/or are on your way back to Genoa, don't miss this welcoming and charming restaurant/agriturismo... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

24/08/2025: On Sunday, August 24th, I called to reserve a table for lunch. The owner was courteous and accommodating to my request. The restaurant is very welcoming and ideal for couples and families, with excellent service and friendliness. Regarding the choices I made (Fassona tartare and ravioli al tuccu), both the portions and the ingredients were of excellent quality and deliciousness. The flavors were delicate and decidedly delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant, as the friendly staff and the food are a perfect combination for an absolutely positive experience at the Molare restaurant.

22/10/2025: A wonderful experience "lost" in the clearing :D for those who truly love full immersion in nature. One of those places where time stands still, and truly has. Everything you could imagine of a slow life is there, starting from the road leading to the place, which unfortunately is so bumpy that it would even be passable were it not for the steep slopes (especially the climb back up). A bit of a tune-up is needed on at least a couple of sections. The food was excellent, from appetizers to dessert, everything homemade, including the handmade ravioli. The dining room is a gem, reminiscent of a mountain cabin, very romantic and folkloristic, which immediately immerses you in the atmosphere (already typical from the outside, by the way...). Open only in the spring and summer season, it's definitely worth a stop and revel in the past!
