11/04/2025: Great restaurant that offers traditional Piedmontese cuisine at a high level. The service is very good and the waiters are friendly and accommodating.
The Tartare di Fassone is particularly recommended.

09/05/2025: Caruccio... unsuitable dining room and kitchen staff, when I arrive I park the car in front of the kitchen windows and I see 2 women fishing and eating food with their hands...
19/04/2025: Nice location, availability of the pizza chef but the 4pm was raw. Little courtesy.

10/01/2024: Friendliness, professionalism and an excellent cuisine offering in addition to the fantastic pizzas.
I don't find the tomato fortified with chilli pepper to be as strong as they say, but very tasty, it gives that extra touch to the pizza.
