22/08/2024: We waited 1 hour 40 minutes for our food, even though I asked a total of 4 times.
It then took about 10 minutes for an employee to even go to the checkout so that we could pay our bill.
We were directed to the very last tables in the corner, even though the restaurant was still empty 1.5 hours before sunset. How come? Probably because we are tourists who don't speak Italian.
Why do I think that? Because many other tourists, who spoke Italian and also didn't have a reservation, were allowed to choose their seats in a relaxed and free manner.
I had to call an employee a total of 6 times when we wanted to order and put the menu card on the table until an employee came instead of forgetting us. Unfriendliness is on the daily menu here.
We were charged more money than the meal + coperto even cost.
The food tastes average. That's normal because you pay for the view here. Tables towards the sea boxes 25% more when billing.
The people sitting next to us started smoking and didn't respect that we didn't want to smoke at the dinner table.
The parking lot is completely full in the evening, but this is normal.

Lovely view, good service but everything I ate to my taste was bland.
I remember years ago that we ate very well.
I hope it can improve because the place deserves a lot.
07/09/2023: The structure has incredible potential (location, surrounded by nature, a breathtaking view), but it would require a renovation, more care for the greenery, more cleaning of the swimming pool, more cleaning in the common areas.
Modest sized room.
Let's say for a few days, it's fine! Average prices.
Breakfast acceptable, but could be improved as it offers little.
Very helpful and friendly staff.

La Batia Restaurant and Pizzeria

03/12/2023: La musica assordante all’interno del locale non permetteva minimamente di godere del dialogo e della compagnia tra i commensali. Riguardo alla pizza, questa era poco condita e molto sottile. Per ciò che concerne il servizio, posso dire che i piatti ci sono stati tolti mentre stavamo ancora finendo di mangiare. 2 stelle sono già un regalo. A mai più.

BluWater Beach Club

06/07/2024: Waren nun mehrere Tage hintereinander am Blue Water Club in Alcamo Marina, bisher waren wir immer zufrieden und haben diesen Beach Club den anderen Clubs präferiert. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hatte uns gefallen. Bis wir an einem Samstag plötzlich mehr für die liegen zahlen mussten und es auf Nachfrage auch keine Erklärung gab warum die liege in der 3 Reihe (insgesamt 4 Reihen) nun 20€ anstatt 15€ kostet. (Am Tag davor waren es noch 15€) naja also begaben wir uns auf die liegen und entschieden gegen 14:40 Uhr das Club Restaurant zu betreten. Wir wurden 20 Minuten lang ignoriert und ob auf die Frage ob man uns bedienen könnte wurden wir vertröstet uns kurz zu gedulden es würde gleich jemand kommen.
Als wir nach weiteren 10 Minuten noch einmal nachgefragt hatten wurde uns erklärt die Küche wäre jetzt geschlossen (stand 15:10) wobei die Tische neben uns Getränke und Speisen erhalten haben.
Wir wissen nicht ob es daran lag, dass wir Ausländer sind oder ob es andere Gründe gab um uns nicht zu bedienen.
Diesen Club werden wir in Zukunft nicht mehr besuchen. Im allgemeinen ist es sehr schwer Freundlichkeit und guten Service am Strand von Castellammare und Alcamo zu erhalten.
25/06/2024: Frequento questa spiaggia solo x comodità, avendo in famiglia una persona con problemi di deambulazione, altrimenti avrei scelto altro, in Sicilia ci sn mari e spiagge molto piu' belli. Posso parlare soltanto x cio' che riguarda l'affitto di ombrellone e lettini. Ogni giorno una tariffa diversa. A maggio 10 €, a giugno 15€ e ci sta' anche se io frequento solo dalle 15 alle 18. Poi un giorno mi viene detto che iniziando tardi devo pagare nuovamente solo 10 € per poi tornare a 15 il giorno successivo e a 20 quello successivo ancora...Che dire? La poca professionalità nn paga e si vede dal numero miserissimo di ombrelloni occupati. Gli stranieri li fanno scappare...pensano che siano tutti fessi?🤔🤔
