At Pizzeria Mosca Bianca in Scicli, I had the best gluten-free and lactose-free pizza ever! Light, fragrant dough, perfectly cooked, and truly high-quality ingredients.
A special shout-out to Carmela: her tomato sauce is exceptional, flavorful, and well-balanced, adding a special touch to every bite.
It's wonderful to find a place that's so attentive to dietary needs, without ever sacrificing flavor.
Extremely friendly staff, a warm atmosphere... I truly felt at home!
I'll be back soon!

04/09/2025: Fantastic pizza, the owners and staff are extremely helpful and attentive to every request, even if it's outside of the menu. They're also child-friendly. I assure you, given the amount of work they do, it's not easy to have all this.

26/07/2025: Strange and unexpectedly unpleasant experience. Definitely not to be repeated. Such a nice location but such a poor quality. Have to wait the dish and attention for ages despite there are not so many tables. This is the attitude to clients. Menu was not given , only four options of available dishes were just written on the table on the wall. My dish was impossible to eat, too spicy. Had to wait again for their second try. I cant say I was happy about that, it was already too late and we had a long way back home. They also included in the bill "additional service" 3.5 euro per person (!)although we didn't have any idea about and we weren't warned about it too. Me and my friends find it very unfair to have hidden costs and not to be given a menu to know what to expect. In this place a client never knows how much he will pay at the end. Ride and unfriendly attitude. Money but not client oriented . (I also noticed they reply very rude to negative comments and reviews of people that means there are no changes expected as they are always right). OK , go on
02/07/2025: Recently visited on holiday. Fantastic food and really friendly staff. It was so good we went back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

20/08/2025: Beautiful location, very good food, the staff who recommended the wine to us were a bit controversial, but overall an excellent restaurant.
19/08/2025: Really good value for money. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because the pizza seemed a little smaller than at other restaurants. Everything was really good, both the fish, meat, and pizza.

15/08/2025: Fresh, excellently cooked fish. The terrace offers a fantastic view of the churches and Piazza Italia. The young, friendly, and knowledgeable wait staff are incredibly helpful.
13/08/2025: We dined on the beautiful terrace overlooking the square. The atmosphere was relaxing, although at the end of the meal we had the impression of being in a restaurant designed specifically to tempt foreign tourists. The service was good; they even let us taste two wines before choosing the one for the evening. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, but the way they're prepared isn't; the presentation is the best. The roasted octopus was good, but the pasta with sardines (which we know well, since we're all Sicilian) was completely saltless and tasteless; we had to order salt to eat it. The other first course, pasta with baby squid, was flavorless. One of us ordered the catch of the day (garfish), and a small plate arrived with four tiny pieces of fish, a few cherry tomatoes, and a few olives, no other side dishes, all for €22. The mini cassata for dessert was average.
The quality-price ratio (and quantity) could be improved.

11/07/2025: At Carmelo's we had excellent pizzas, cooked to perfection and with a truly exceptional variety of flavors. The arancini were delicious.
Four of us were able to sit at a table outside, and the staff was extremely kind and friendly.
A truly wonderful experience.
