07/09/2025: Fabulous! It was a wonderful discovery in 2022 while driving around Puglia with friends, and after taking a wrong turn and getting lost among the olive trees and identical roads, we ended up in Torchiarolo. We entered Mr. Claudio and Mrs. Giovanna's restaurant and immediately knew it would be an unforgettable experience. Yesterday, returning to Trieste, we made a detour to return to the place we remembered. The food is always excellent, fresh fish cooked to perfection, and the welcome was unique. Catering done seriously and with professionalism is something few can match. Make sure to book, though. Mr. Claudio, a true professional, dedicates himself and his entire energy to his customers, refusing to fill the room to ensure perfection. Thank you Claudio and Giovanna!
