04/05/2025: I share my review of the resort's restaurant, what can I say, an enchanting place with a breathtaking view of the Marche hills. Excellent quality food and super friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. We had lunch on the terrace outside the pool with a spectacular view of the hills, all accompanied by delicious dishes and excellent selections of wines. Beautiful experience. Very good idea of ​​the tasting menu with 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course accompanied by side dishes and dessert, all at an excellent price. I recommend trying the decomposed olives on the appetizers, a real treat.

07/07/2025: As soon as we arrived in Pedaso after a seven-hour journey, our first thought was to eat. Trusting the reviews, we headed to this restaurant. The owner, although quite out of breath because he was alone in the dining room, had us sit at a table and asked us to have a little patience for the wait. We ordered almost immediately and the owner again recommended us to be patient. Never had a wait been so pleasant. The appetizers arrived and, in addition to being plentiful, they had a small defect, they were "DELIGHTFUL". Not to mention the EXCEPTIONAL paccheri allo scoglio. We had such a good time that we returned for dinner in the evening and we will return again during our stay. Thank you!

03/07/2025: Small and splendid trattoria in Pedaso, few seats outside. All fish and all excellent. I took seafood parmigiana, mezze maniche allo scoglio, very fresh and absolutely not greasy fried calamari and grilled fish. Passerina wine that paired perfectly. Absolutely recommended if you are interested in places where the food is splendid and they don't just pay attention to appearance.

26/06/2025: Trattoria on the seafront of Lido Tre Archi, simple and informal, as it should be for a place without pretensions. The place is very small, with a mini terrace overlooking the passage of the seafront. Parking is not very easy, especially on weekends. I was there on Saturday, with an à la carte menu: fresh fish, well cooked and generous portions. No refinement, but quality and simplicity. Friendly and easy-going staff, family management that creates a genuine atmosphere. However, there are two negative aspects that cannot go unnoticed. First: the air conditioning was out of order and the veranda was really hot. Second, and much more serious: when ordering, the waiter asked us not to choose dishes that were too different from each other, because they couldn't manage varied orders. A request that left us speechless, also because it was communicated only at the time of ordering. It would have been correct to inform in advance. Furthermore, if there is an à la carte menu, it is normal for each diner to choose what they prefer. The customer is inspired by the proposals, he does not have to conform to facilitate the kitchen. A real shame, because the kitchen deserves it. Recommended only if you are willing to accept some compromise in the organization, for a simple lunch but based on good fish.

10/07/2025: The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained. It's my first time here, and unfortunately I waited over half an hour just for two starters; I don't think the dining room was even that crowded. The starters weren't bad either, but again, I can't figure out why we waited so long. At least they gave us a slight discount.

09/07/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant, perhaps lacking in imagination, but offering great quality and substance. The Taranto-style mussels are excellent. The dishes are generous and well-seasoned.

Postal service for both breakfast and lunch and dinner. Available 24 hours a day. What more could you want. We spent a fantastic weekend... we tasted their delicious dishes and excellent quality/price. Rating 10

18/07/2025: We might have made the wrong choice, but nothing was truly delicious... The menu is perhaps far too extensive to properly season every dish. The terrace is lovely and the service friendly, but we come primarily for a good meal, and that was a real disappointment.

However, when I arrived, I was told that large dogs are not allowed. You should have informed me of this policy at the time of booking so that I could have taken the necessary precautions. The lack of communication and the unhelpful attitude of the staff made the experience even more negative. I hope you will consider improving your customer service and communicating your policies more clearly."

15/06/2025: Terrible experience the cold tasting appetizer (4) miserable, tasteless and very anemic. The pinsa (only 2 luckily) passed for homemade, were for me frozen without taste poorly seasoned and very expensive. The place is nice (only that) but without air conditioning it was cracked, a miserable ceiling fan would have made the difference. We paid €130 for 4, a rip-off. We left the place hungry. I do not recommend

14/07/2025: La Rotonda proved to be an excellent restaurant for our dinner. The wait staff was courteous, welcoming, and always smiling. All the dishes we tried were excellent! The presentation was meticulous, and the fish was fresh and of the highest quality. Highly recommended!!!
