16/06/2025: We had lunch at the Carlo restaurant and we are happy to have chosen it. In Senigallia there are many fish restaurants, but fortunately we decided to try it. The fish was fresh and cooked in an exquisite way. Good quality/price ratio. Loris, our waiter proved to be capable, fast and attentive, very appreciable qualities. Well done! We will advertise you!

10/05/2025: Nice restaurant on the seafront...fast service with very friendly guys...we ate a fish appetizer with very refined proposals, some excellent, others not but anyway you understand how much preparation goes into it and how much work...it's just matter of taste! Excellent frying... I definitely recommend it!

15/06/2025: We returned after a couple of years. We had been in spring and it had already captured us, both the cuisine and the grace and professionalism of the owner, delicious and very kind. Last night we returned, we dined at the tables outside, everything kept with care, impeccable service, the owner even more kind and professional. The food... an explosion of Mediterranean flavors, simple but fragrant ingredients, a special wine and the dessert... the Spanish one as per the original recipe. It's a place to try and try again! Well done!!!!

27/06/2025: We returned to this place remembering an excellent dinner a couple of years ago and the wait was not disappointed. I always start by saying that the taste of food is personal and not subject to discussion, while cleanliness, organization, etc., can be evaluated and discussed. The place is located on the seafront of Senigallia and you can eat both indoors and outdoors, with tables on the beach (obviously on a concrete base), with the possibility of choosing between the restaurant menu and pizza. Both times we were in "holiday" periods (July and June), in the evening and on crucial days (Saturday and Friday) and both times the service was precise, courteous and fast. A mention of the prices is necessary: ​​it is true that they are constantly increasing, but it is a generalized thing and as long as the same are clear before starting to dine and reflect the quality of what you eat, I do not see the problem. Moreover, the pizzas, cooked in a wood-fired oven in full view at the entrance, whose quality I cannot judge except that they look beautiful, have more than reasonable prices. For this second dinner we preferred two complete fish appetizers, a seafood carbonara and a fried dish with only calamari and shrimp, to then finish with a tiramisu and a crema catalana. The classic appetizer, with fresh and very good ingredients; the first, the seafood carbonara, a mix of delicate and unique flavors with the spaghetti al dente (perfect); the fried food was good, not greasy, a little salty in my opinion, but it could be a coincidence. The desserts, tiramisu, good in the opinion of those who ate it, and crema catalana, with a good flavor and with an excellent caramel, perhaps a little too liquid, probably should have been a little colder. In conclusion, an excellent restaurant to eat at.

23/06/2025: Neat and tidy place. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast staff. Very attentive, energetic and kind owner. Very fast service. Even though we were in the internal room in front of the wood oven we did not die of heat. The pizzas were good and the price, these days, very honest. We will return to try the fish!

08/06/2025: A disappointing experience that did not live up to expectations. The classic "all smoke and no roast" place, where the focus seems to be more on making the customer spend than on offering a careful service or a menu designed to truly satisfy the palate. The cost is not justified by the quality of the products offered.

01/06/2025: Very high prices, water from 75 with purifier 5 euros, two slices of chicken breast 11 euros, 6 Ascoli olives 6.50 euros (frozen by the way) while at the supermarket a 1 kg bag costs maybe 3 euros. In Senigallia it is more convenient to eat fish than a simple pizza.

21/06/2025: We had a fish dinner. Everything was very good, the only flaw was the service, we were not given a plate to put the fish shells on and not even a napkin to clean our hands afterwards. The price is fair and the dishes are plentiful.

20/06/2025: Pizza not good, wet dough, maybe too much water in the buffalo mozzarella. Huge place, comfortable and wide, even for those with children. Staff all very kind.

07/06/2025: Dinner with friends. Already upon our arrival, even though we had booked, we were put in line and waiting to take a seat. Finally seated, complete chaos. Water and wine ordered arrived in biblical temples. An hour passed and the order had not arrived. Given the trend previously, we had decided to eat cold: that is, ham and mozzarella and mixed crostini. The other couple of friends 1 first course. What arrives after over an hour of waiting without even bread? The penne, by the way, overcooked and sticky, which our friends sent back after tasting. After repeated requests, the cold dishes arrive, but only 3 out of 4 without crostini. Then, after a while, the crostini arrive in installments, two of which were all burnt and inedible... the only positive note was the courteous staff. At the cashier, in the end, they gave us a 16 euro discount without any request... but sometimes the discount doesn't save a technically disastrous evening.

13/04/2025: Sono anni che desideravo provare questo ristorante, e una volta arrivata a Senigallia non ho avuto dubbi… Tutto quello che ho immaginato è diventato realtà. Piccolo ristorante ma con il carattere da grande , ogni piatto è curato nel minimo dettaglio , perfettamente in equilibrio nei sapori che mantengono la materia prima bene evidente. Il menù descritto nella lavagna è esattamente quello che L pescato regala ogni giorno dal mare, e qui che lo chef gioca con gli abbinamenti rendendo ogni piatto diverso. Abbiamo preso scelto : pane con sgombro e pomodoro, (una marinatura eccellente ) un piatto che non dimenticherò nei sapori; un gambero rosa con tartufo nero; le tagliatelle di seppia Ostrica grattata ,Con agrettti; tagliolino di brodetto e razza sapientemente sfilettata, calamari e carciofi al forno su letto di crema di patate . Un tiramisù a chiusura . Tutto molto molto buono , carta dei vini sapientemente curata sul territorio locale . Una nota di complimenti alla ragazza, che ci ha seguito dall’inizio alla fine , con sorriso,‘esperienza e professionalità cordiale . Grazie.
