07/02/2026: The staff is incredibly kind and always smiling, making you feel right at home. The pizza is delicious, with quality ingredients and perfect dough! A place definitely worth trying. I'll definitely be back ☺️ Highly recommended!
28/12/2025: A business dinner with 26 people, with departures staggered throughout the evening. As we were leaving, two staff members stopped the last remaining guests, saying that two portions of the bill were missing. We asked if they were sure, and, annoyed, they told us they only had 24 receipts. Trusting them, we immediately paid the missing portions. The next day, after checking with our colleagues, it emerged that all 26 of us had already paid: some people had left money with colleagues, who had therefore paid two portions on a single receipt. It was therefore clear that the receipts had been counted without verifying the amounts, thus charging us two extra portions. We contacted the restaurant immediately without arguing, knowing that mistakes like this can happen. We simply asked for a check of the receipts, confident that we could arrange a refund that same day. Ten days have passed since then: we have called numerous times without ever being able to speak to the owner or anyone who would take responsibility for what happened. The waiter always answers, saying he didn't know anything and that we'd be contacted again, which never happened. On our last call, we were told the table would seat 28 people. This information only matches the total number of guests paid (26 people plus the two additional guests requested that evening), but not the actual number of diners, which that evening was confirmed to be 26, with 24 receipts available. It's not a question of the approximately 40 euros. It's a question of fairness, professionalism, and respect for the customer. A cash register error can happen. Deliberately ignoring a clear, documented, and repeated report is not. Poor management of a very simple situation, a total lack of responsibility, and a terrible embarrassment with a table of 26 people. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Inappropriate behavior, bordering on fraud.
