Pure poetry...the quality of the ingredients, combined with exceptional pairings, make every dish a delight for the palate. It's been a while since the last time, too much, unfortunately.
Last night, everything was perfect. The attention to detail, the attentiveness and skill of the staff, and the chef's love for the dishes he prepares were evident in every bite.
The place was also very relaxing. Between the lights, the music, and the decor, it was like being pampered from the first moment.
