18/02/2025: I was there on February 11, 2025, 1:00 p.m., RT 96IKN002505. The harmonious hotel complex is located in the middle of an industrial area that, obviously, does not offer any particular architectural interest. The restaurant is large and presents itself as a pleasant corporate structure, with green chairs, not very comfortable, presumably designed by an architect from the glorious and beloved IKEA. I had "taccozze with chickpeas and porcini mushrooms" (indeed an excellent recipe from the area in question) from the EEG slightly flat, moreover just overcooked. I then ordered a grilled scamorza with cherry tomatoes and salad, a bit anaemic. I did not manage to try the grilled, roasted meats etc., the restaurant's strong points, which I have heard a lot about. The final cost was normal, but the €2.50 cover charge did not thrill me. It would be better if they had been spread across the various dishes on the menu.

07/02/2025: Really very friendly and helpful staff. Location with attention to detail, large but welcoming. Even the plating is taken care of and the service is accurate.
Excellent cured meat starter, while unfortunately I didn't like the meat very much, I think due to the cooking - overcooked meat - although the raw material was excellent, the cooking ruined the flavour.
Honest prices.
18/12/2024: Excellent tavern immersed in the countryside of Ripalimosani, where you can taste delicious dishes from first courses to meat, with an adjoining garden or terrace where you can spend a relaxing day, recommended to try 👍 p.s. a little expensive

16/10/2024: By chance I came across the reviews today, September 24, 2024 (many positive indeed) of this place, which I visited in August 2023.
Starting from the assumption that "de gustibus non est disputandum", allow me to share my experience, somewhat
" miserable ", from a year ago:
- very banal and insignificant pizza
- dried up and tiny suppli
- sour house wine, on the verge of becoming vinegar, worthy of a tavern in a Karacian corner
- covered (get ready for a bang) made up of nothing: €2 each!!!!!!

I don't know the renowned hotel institute in which Ella trained. I exclude, however, that it is that of Villa Santa Maria (Chieti), or that of Lausanne (Switzerland), Nice (France), Semmering (Austria), given the disorganized and pedestrian manner of your reaction.
In any case, I fully confirm what I observed in August 2023.
I would also like to point out that your definition of the undersigned as a "keyboard lion" is inappropriate. In fact, I don't hide behind an acronym, but I use my name, surname and address.
I invite you, after all, to sue me for defamation, pursuant to art. 595 of the Criminal Code, if you believe that I have committed this crime.

01/08/2024: Kurz vor Campobasso: Schmackhafte Mahlzeiten zu fairen Preisen, egal ob Antipasti (!), Primi (Orecchiette!) oder Secondi (traditionell und originell zugleich). Wir waren bei einem ersten Besuch angenehm überrascht und kamen mit italienischen Freunden wieder, die unsere Begeisterung teilten. Sehr freundlicher und umsichtiger Gastgeber!

01/08/2024: Belle surprise, on nous a conseillé de manger la bas et s'était un réel régal. Le service est au top, avec des bons conseils.
Nous avons très bien mangè, tout était bons à des prix plus que raisonnable. Nous vous conseillons se restaurant qui était parfait.
