16/02/2025: Beautiful venue. Congratulations to Federico and all his staff. Lovely place. Aperitif in the cellar and then delicious food. Reasonable costs and in relation to quality. Rightly almost always full I recommend booking in advance.
15/02/2025: One of those places you leave wondering: why haven't I been there before? We had dinner here for the first time on Valentine's Day, with an à la carte menu, opting for a tasting: impeccable atmosphere, exceptional musical accompaniment, hospitality and service to match the food, which was delicious. We felt welcomed and pampered. The raw materials are treated with white gloves, the local and Molise specialties are more than exalted. Value for money, for me, incredible. Remarkable choice of wines and the gem of serving the aperitif, to give time for the choice, is surprising. I highly recommend!

18/01/2025: We were invited for an aperitif after a hike. A quality welcome, pleasant and smiling staff.
We were seated in a small living room with incredible decoration.
The products were fresh and quality! I highly recommend.

09/01/2025: The only restaurant on the trip where I had a bad experience. Welcomed immediately at 1pm by the owner with a "it's too early but we had booked at that time it was enough to say so". I start with a series of very greasy appetizers of dubious taste even if with indisputable raw materials. The first ones ordered were very mediocre with a dry and always greasy lasagna. I had asked for a particular dish but he had forgotten. During the meal the owner complained that he couldn't take it anymore, we confirm that it is better to give himself some rest, he needs it

26/11/2024: the host very friendly. the food is good. the cocktails are great. Choosing music to go with your meal is tiring. We would have liked to have had appropriate background music for our meal and would have definitely stayed longer...

La Locanda

14/10/2024: Trovandoci in zona siamo andati a cena in questa locanda in zona Bojano. L' arrivo non e' stato proprio facile per mancanza di illuminazione e indicazioni specifiche ma comunque il navigatore e' stato risolutivo nella ricerca. Menu' con moltinpiatti locali sul tavolo e comunque subito accolti per l' ordinazione .Consigliato l'antipasto della casa , uno, ma ottimo per due e a seguire, saltando per scelta i primi , una fiorentina di più di un kg accompagnata da un piatto di funghi porcini. Tutto ottimo soprattutto la carne , locale, e cotta benissimo adagiata su una piastra ollare per tenerla calda . Il conto decisamente adeguato nel rapporto qualita' prezzo.Ci torneremo sicuramente per apprezzare gli altri piatti che onestamente non saremmo stati in grado di mangiare per mancanza di spazio nello stomaco .
Complimenti veramente ma ripeto soprattutto la sera, forse una illuminazione migliore sarebbe opportuna .Alla prossima

Risorta Locanda del Castello

15/12/2024: Sempre sentito parlare del grande cuoco Renato finalmente ci siamo organizzati e recati da alla sua Locanda.
Da subito messi a proprio agio dalla sua calorosa e sarcastica accoglienza ci accomodiamo e ci delizia in ordine con:
- calamaro con burrate e crema di pomodoro
- baccalà in pastella con vaniglia, cioccolato amaro e rosmarino
- risotto con verza e scaglie di scorsone
- gnocchetti di semolino con guanciale croccatene crema di broccoli
- filetto di maiale alla molisana (peperulessa cipolla e patate)
- pesca sciroppa ricoperta di gelato
Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo Montepulciano della cantina ottima cantina Pasetti e da tanto allegria soprattutto nella presentazione dei piatti.

15/08/2024: It's the third time I've eaten here, accompanied by the dear friend who made me discover it. To give a vague idea of the goodness of the delicacies prepared by the "master" Renato, I can say that they are excellent (excellent one cannot say). Without fear of being contradicted, I can say that eating here is an experience for the stomach and for the spirit which is found in a small and intimate environment, almost familiar, but which inspires awe if the "master" Renato, a man, is in the room. with great culinary skill, with particular humor and friendliness that "explains" the delicacies he has cooked.
