20/07/2025: Nice place. Good food. We made a reservation on a Monday night.

11/07/2025: A restaurant with authentic Mexican flavors. A wide selection of tacos from different regions of Mexico. Excellent service. Very nice atmosphere. The prices, in my opinion, are a bit high for the type of dishes.

04/07/2025: It's not real Mexican but a good try. Personally I was a bit disappointed with the flavors. But if you are traveling, it's a good break from Italian cuisine. Drinks and service was pretty good through.

16/06/2025: The food was nothing special (if the menu says sour cream and guacamole on a plate, I don't expect to find two small spits on my plate that aren't enough to dress three fajitas), the service was normal but I found it unfair to charge double for the bottles of water ordered (it wasn't a mistake, it was intentional).

03/08/2025: There were five of us, and we were all disappointed with the appetizers, which lacked any real character... The meatball dish was equally as good; they were bland, and the tomato sauce on the plate lacked body and didn't mesh well with the rest of the ingredients. We tried three burritos; the only one that was truly worth a try was the chili pollo, although the others weren't bad, just average. We quite enjoyed the drinks; we had a strawberry mojito, a margarita, and three Cuba Libres (which were perhaps a little too light). Dinner ended with desserts, which were very good! The service was excellent throughout the dinner; the waitresses who looked after us were very kind and helpful. We also appreciated the shot of hazelnut liqueur that was offered to us at checkout :) In conclusion, I'd say that, in my opinion, some dishes still need work, both in terms of flavor pairings and plating, but the foundation is there to make something better.

25/06/2025: I returned to Gatto Gordo after about a year that I have not been there and I found the usual beautiful Mexican style environment with the staff really very kind attentive to the needs of us customers. Food proposals really varied for all needs even for vegetarians like me and the price as said very good

09/08/2025: If it hadn't been for the heat inside, I would say the food was excellent.

12/07/2025: Excellent value for money. Whether it's for an evening with friends or dinner with my husband, if I'm craving meat, this is the perfect place.

13/07/2025: A nice place to spend an evening in American graffiti style. The food was good, the burger was okay, the meat was adequate, and the service was generally good enough. Personally, I didn't appreciate it much.
