03/01/2026: 6 stars from me! Saturday night atmosphere is top. While I couldn't get a table, the bar place has not disappointed. The food (fajitas) was delicious. Small nachos portion was served free of charge. One liter of Mexican beer costs only near €8. There is a wide choice of shots and cocktails. Hosts are authentic and very friendly. I will treasure this unexpected experience

08/11/2025: I've been coming here with my girlfriend for a while now, and we've always been very happy. The girls are very accommodating and kind, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is super welcoming.

02/01/2026: I hadn't eaten at this place in years; I had a positive memory that was contradicted by reality.
There were five of us.
We were told as soon as we entered that they were out of fries—absurd for a place like this!
At the table, I asked if it was possible, since I'm pregnant and have mostly raw vegetables as an alternative, to replace the side dish with an appetizer, even the cheapest one, and they said no.
We ordered anyway.
I ordered a burger without centrifuges, but instead it came with...
Four plates arrived without sides.
The burgers arrived cold.
One dish was ordered, as were the side dishes that were supposed to accompany the burger; however, they arrived 20 minutes later.
The food was good, but the service was quite poor.
I won't be returning.

08/09/2025: Shameful. I ordered home delivery, but it never arrived. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called the restaurant to find out where my order was and they told me they had contacted me several times, but that wasn't true. No calls received. Zero professionalism, and no refund.

31/07/2025: I tried contacting Pizzeria Family to ask simple questions about the menu and opening hours, but the experience was truly awful. The person who answered the phone was rude, rushed, and decidedly unhelpful. I asked normal questions as an interested customer, and was dismissed with brusque responses and a truly unpleasant tone, almost as if I were a nuisance.
I expected a modicum of courtesy and professionalism, but instead I found myself speaking to someone who seemed annoyed by my call. If this is how they treat customers before they even enter the pizzeria, I can't imagine the rest of the service.
This kind of attitude, repeated over time, can really drive customers away. It's unfortunate to say, but with a welcome like that, it's hard to even want to try a pizza.
25/05/2025: Good pizza, but I was served very badly, my Italian is not perfect but everyone always understands me, the person who made me pay and served me was very rude and impatient

17/08/2024: Nell' appartamento che abbiamo affittato per le nostre vacanze c'era un loro menù, ovviamente ho guardato le diverse recensioni e abbiamo deciso di prendere due panuozzi, che dire erano molto grandi è veramente molto buoni, il prezzo era di 7€ quindi più che giù, il ragazzo e la ragazza che gestiscono la pizzeria d'asporto sono veramente molto gentili e simpatici... Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!
