Found by chance after a day at the spa. It's a 10 minute walk from there if you don't want to look for another parking spot. Even without booking we found a place easily.

22/10/2024: Excellent food and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A bit dark environment and particular animals packed on one side and crucifixes on the other, strange but beautiful. Excellent price too.

08/09/2024: Si mangia benissimo ed il personale é molto gentile e competente. Atmosfera bellissima nel giardino delle palme. Ambiente ben curato.
25/08/2024: Das Restaurant verfügt über einen sehr großen Außenbereich, wo man gut sitzt und wo auch wir gesessen haben. Das Personal war sofort zur Stelle und vermittelte irgendwie den Eindruck, es eilig zu haben, aber ohne unfreundlich oder drängend zu sein. Die Essensauswahl ist relativ groß, wobei die Kombi aus regionaler Küche und mexikanisch schon irgendwie... komisch ist.
Das Essen wurde zügig serviert. Qualität und Geschmack waren OK. Sicherlich kein Highlight, aber es gibt auch nichts zu kritisieren.

02/01/2025: Unfortunately the schnitzel was very dry and the noise level was very annoying. There is room for improvement here when it comes to acoustics! Nevertheless, I would recommend the location! Very dog friendly!

12/01/2025: Bel posto , buon cibo . Unica pecca, la seconda entrata ; se come.noi stai nelle prime tavole vicino alla porta d'entrata (direi secondaria ) , in giornate gelide come queste di Gennaio , beh la.vostra esperienza non sara' un granché

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the relaxed atmosphere makes the experience pleasant. During peak hours, waiting times can get a little longer, but overall the service is attentive.
If you are looking for an evening of Tex-Mex without too many pretensions, Charro's is a good option to consider in Bolzano. A place that can be appreciated for its simplicity and for the dishes that manage to satisfy the desire for exotic flavours.
30/09/2024: Nice place. We eat TexMex, and I have to say that what I ate was pleasant. You pay the right amount, too bad there is no parking nearby.

24/11/2024: Sono tornata a casa senza aver quasi mangiato nulla. La tagliata di pollo era fredda e dall’odore non sembrava certo fresca.
La tagliata di manzo di mio marito era buona ma poca.
Non è la prima volta che vengo perché è un posto che piace a mia figlia ma l’impressione che ne ho sempre tratto non è mai stata molto positiva per rapporto qualità/rapporto prezzo.
07/11/2024: Prezzi alti , qualità bassa, 21 euro per un hamburger.... freddo e molto al di sotto delle aspettative, 21 EURO! XXXL è il costo.
Dovevo capirlo prima, locale praticamente vuoto.
