30/01/2026: The food was nothing special, with small portions. The appetizer portions were embarrassing for the price.
30/01/2026: I was disappointed with this restaurant. The waitress was very nice, but the quality/price ratio was too high. On the downside, the dishes are expensive and the portions are small. Avoid the mixed antipasto because for €9, getting supermarket-style fried food seems like a steal.

29/12/2025: I can only comment on the food. First, points for getting a table without a reservation. The ambiance and food weren't anything special, but they were okay. I wouldn't recommend the burrito. The pizza and burgers were alright. The schnitzel was good. The service wasn't great; it felt like being processed on an assembly line. In the end, it wasn't anything special, and I wouldn't come back.
07/11/2025: Unfortunately, the Mexican food at Gstör was disappointing – bland, uninspired, and simply not good. I had expected much more. There were ten of us, and none of us were particularly impressed.

12/12/2025: I celebrated my 50th birthday here with my family; there were 10 of us. Excellent Mexican food, reasonable wait times. Superb appetizers, and the hospitality was beyond fantastic. Highly recommended, cheerful and fun place to be, great company.

03/02/2026: Food was horrible. Ribs dry, smelled really bad, definitely not fresh. Second dish was tacos, but I wouldn’t call this like that. It was corn tacos filled with spaghetti bolognese sauce, definitely not fresh as well. I struggled to eat that as it was dripping from both sides. My parents ordered burrito and salad with chicken, and same case, old meat. We’ve directed our complaints to the server but she offered only complimentary coffee or other drink. We are really unhappy with the fact of paying €90 for such a bad and low quality food. Avoid this place.

07/01/2026: Very nice, charming place in Bressanone, I understand the low turnout and that's precisely why the details should be perfect or almost... the pizza totally burnt, inedible... cherry tomato is not CONFIT, they should write cherry tomato on the menu... the lady who cashed in didn't even ask if we liked it... it takes heart to do this job and above all passion, which I absolutely didn't see in this restaurant
05/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, but the choice couldn't have been better.
They quickly seated us, even though we hadn't booked, and the service was lightning-fast.
The guasch soup was excellent, as were the trio of dumplings and the schnitzel with fries.
The staff were friendly, and the place was very welcoming.
Prices were average.

06/05/2025: È facile recensire bene un posto così!
Cibo molto buono senza troppi fronzoli con porzioni generose. Menù vario che accontenta sicuramente tutti con alcune chicche. Il locale pur essendo piccolino è a tema senza risultare finto o stucchevole e ti lascia una bella sensazione di intimo.
Personale giovane (e giovanile), molto gentile, attento e divertente.
Questa volta, anche se era il giorno di chiusura, oltre ad essere aperto c'era anche musica dal vivo per la festa del cinco de mayo (e questo fa capire quanto siano davvero in sintonia con la cucina che propongono).
Se avete dubbi sui piatti chiedete e lasciatevi consigliare così come per una buona tequila o un mezcal a fine pasto, sono sempre pronti a coccolarti anche in questo

17/02/2025: Andato per pranzare, ordinato una tagliata di pollo con pomodorini rucola grana, arriva il tutto messo nel letto di insalata e basta senza tutto il resto, cose oscene senza rispetto per i commensali. Se manca il prodotto devono avvisare e non servire una sbobba tale. Fatto presente alla responsabile che non sapeva come rispondere a questo disservizio imbarazzante. Poi mi sono reso conto come mai a pranzo il ristorante era vuoto, solo 3 tavoli di persone. Mai più a Rovereto.
14/02/2025: Lentissimi nel servizio. Cameriere scorbutiche e poco professionali. Chiesto più volte stuzzichini che dovevano essere portati con il bere, invece portati insieme alla cena. Chiesto piu volte il dessert ordinato....arrivato molto tardi!

A pochi km da Pinzolo offre anche scelta di torte fatte in casa per la colazione e ottime confetture di marmellata
23/01/2025: Ho cenato con la famiglia (senza soggiornare in hotel) nel periodo delle feste natalizie, e miracolosamente c'era un tavolo libero. La sala ristorante è la stessa dedicata a chi soggiorna in hotel, ovviamente. Lo staff (in particolare il cameriere) è molto gentile e accogliente. Cibo nella norma, canederli buoni ma molti pesanti, pasta fatta in casa ottima, antipasto di salumi un po' povero. Si mangia comunque bene, ma considerato il tutto il prezzo è un po' alto rispetto ad altri ristoranti nelle vicinanze (un antipasto, 4 primi e 4 dolci, due acque e due caffè, 108 euro).
