27/08/2025: Not because of the decades-long friendship that binds my wife and I to Andrea and his wife Micky, but Essentiel is always an absolute guarantee in Champoluc. Excellent menu complemented by an exceptional wine list. A special mention and thanks to the always professional and competent staff.
18/08/2025: Absolutely the best restaurant in the valley... But even more... Highly recommended!!!
