23/03/2024: We had dinner at Alfiero's, with decidedly high-level service; as a starter I recommend the really good venison carpaccio; as a first course fettuccine with wild chicory or risotto with radicchio; we ended with a delicious strudel. I don't give 5 stars because although there was an empty room, and some free tables, I was told that there was only room at 9.00 pm

12/03/2024: We had dinner here on our first night in Mdc and it was all fabulous. Super cuisine, attentive table service from all the staff, but the real gem is Savio, welcoming and thoughtful! We will definitely be back!

01/04/2024: We were told that this is the best place for pizza in the area and we were not disappointed. Pizza here is really good. The choice is also impressive covering over 4 pages of their menu. For 2 pizza + 2 desserts + 1l bottle of water+ ½ l of wine we spend ~50€. Other bonuses: -Vegan and Gluten free pizza options - kids playing room (we saw kids to be very enthusiastic about it) -dog-friendly

03/04/2024: Great hotel room and rich breakfast. It's just a shame that the wellness area is only open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. These times urgently need to be changed

01/04/2024: Hotel in the center in Piazza Walter with a fabulous international bar with a wide range of newspapers from all over the world, very convenient for parking where it connects to an underground tunnel that takes you directly to the hotel; a fabulous spa with all services in the center of Bolzano beautiful hotel, very comfortable and clean; very friendly and fast staff Excellent breakfast…

05/04/2024: I booked this restaurant for my boyfriend's birthday to surprise him. The owners put themselves at my complete disposal. I was very happy with the service, the friendliness and above all the quality and quantity of the dishes. I'm sorry I didn't take photos of the dishes because as soon as they arrived we ate them. Thanks so much to all the staff, you are fantastic! 🔝

05/04/2024: I'm Italian and I was bit worried that this would be a tourist trap but I really enjoyed this restaurant. Very Italian varied menu (not just the usual stuff) and the service was friendly and attentive and everything we ate, especially the pork cooked in red wine, was authentic and super tasty.

15/10/2023: Fish restaurant has little, ordered tagliolini with perch with completely tasteless vegetables and full of butter, probably all frozen, if I had wanted pasta with butter I would have stayed at home. Spaghetti with torbolana sauce certainly tasty with vegetables reminiscent of minestrone but sardines completely absent. A pro to well-made homemade pasta. For a Michelin star reviewed restaurant I expected more.

07/10/2023: Elegant and welcoming place. Excellent food cooked with skill and care, offered to guests with grace and a smile. The view of the lake is beautiful. Wide choice of excellent wines also by the glass. Excellent value for money.

21/01/2024: The timetable says that the place is open until 02.00. But already at 11.55pm they tell you that they have already closed the register and therefore they have already closed... Too bad... because the pizza is really good. I had to go elsewhere to find something to eat.. Update on August 10th: a few days later, finding it open, I stopped there. I had never done it. Let's start with the fact that due to an "error" of understanding (but I doubt it is) of the short-haired waitress, I was not served while whoever was at the table with me, yes. At the gesture of pointing this out, I was asked a question by the waitress herself: "are you that Davide who wrote that review?" "Yes". After a series of justifications on his part for the place being closed early, not at all concealing his annoyance for me... he leaves shouting a phrase like: "Delete that review from the staircase" among the customers. .. What to say. Evidently they already have too many customers to handle. One less won't be a problem I guess.

15/10/2023: "Die" Pizzeria in Molveno. Super Service, Essen mega! Immer einen Platz ohne Reservierung bekommen. Weiter so! Sehr lecker!
