27/05/2025: We know the chef we loved is no longer here; our experience was quite some time ago. We haven't been back since. We tried the restaurant and loved it. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was friendly and attentive. We were greeted with a smile and kindness. It's not your typical Garfagnana menu; the chef expertly uses local products, creatively pairing them with spices and herbs. The nettle pappardelle with fresh trout, dill, and chili pepper are a must-try. Finally, a menu that also offers vegetarian options!
