The dish that most impressed us? The red shrimp tartare: simply superb. Extremely fresh and expertly crafted, it highlights the authentic flavor of the sea without ever overpowering it. A perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication that showcases the value of local ingredients.
The service is attentive, friendly, yet never intrusive. The staff knows each dish well and offers expert advice, enhancing the culinary experience.

09/07/2025: Centrally located restaurant. Very elegant and well-maintained. Excellent service. Good food quality. The wine recommended by the waiter paired perfectly with the selected dishes.

10/08/2025: We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of local friends, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing to say the least.
As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the waiter and chef with suggestions for dishes to order. Based on their "advice," we ordered three appetizers: shellfish salad, a raw fish appetizer, and a cooked appetizer. I must admit, the appetizers were good, but from there on, the nightmare began.
We ordered four first courses and one second course.
We found a hair in the couscous broth. When we politely asked for a remake, it was snobbishly taken away. One diner, visibly annoyed and disgusted by the situation, got up from the table and left his plate untouched, without even finishing it. This was also noticed by the staff, but completely ignored.
The worst, however, came shortly after: we specifically asked if the couscous broth was spicy or contained pepper, clearly specifying that one of the guests at the table had a medical condition and absolutely could not consume spicy foods. The waiter assured us that it was not.
It's a shame that the dish was indeed spicy, so much so that the person in question couldn't eat it at all. Besides the inconvenience, it must be said that the couscous was also very light on fish, well-seasoned but still not remotely up to expectations.
The atmosphere at first glance seems promising, well-kept, and "posh"—but behind the scenes, the service was truly disappointing, inattentive, and lacking in politeness. In the end, of course, we paid for everything without any discounts, apologies, or greetings from the waiter.
A real shame, because the promise was good, but we obviously won't be returning, and most likely they don't care.
05/08/2025: I dined at La Bettola restaurant, drawn by the numerous positive reviews I'd read on Google. Unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations, disappointing me both in terms of value for money and the unprofessional attitude of the staff.
Throughout the dinner, not a single waiter bothered to ask us if everything was going well or if we were satisfied with the dishes, which is standard practice in restaurants of this caliber and a sign of customer service.
The unpleasant incident I'm referring to, however, involved a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce and four shrimp, priced at €25. The taste wasn't up to par for the price, and in a calm and polite tone, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waiter. His response, however, was anything but professional: "You're the only ones who complained," uttered with obvious annoyance, without even asking what I didn't like.
Feedback from a customer, especially if expressed respectfully, should be welcomed as an opportunity to improve. It's unacceptable to dismiss it condescendingly, ignoring the reasons for the disappointment.
I've had other occasions where I wasn't entirely satisfied with a dish, but what has always made the difference has been the staff's helpfulness and courtesy. Unfortunately, in this case, both were lacking.

18/07/2025: Waiting 40 minutes for two pizzas speaks for itself. The staff is completely disorganized and neither hospitable nor professional.
05/07/2025: We ordered appetizer and pizza, they served both appetizer and pizza together. They took the pizzas back. After finishing the appetizer they brought back the pizzas that had come back. They didn't even have the decency to remake the pizzas for us, correcting their mistake. We ate the pizzas and pointed out to the waiter both at the table and later at the cashier that with 2000 people you can't afford to assume this type of behavior. You can't make others pay for your mistakes. Not recommended
