10/01/2026: I was looking for a place to get pizza for lunch. First, I found a friendly voice who answered the phone, then a welcoming environment, delicious pizzas, and a dessert that makes my day better 😉.
Moreover, and most importantly for me, I found true and spontaneous inclusion for my son. That doesn't always happen, it doesn't happen often.
I highly recommend it in every way.

Il Timo Gourmet Restaurant at Sheraton Catania

13/03/2026: This little corner on the ground floor of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel is a haven for Sicilian cuisine. I've eaten there several times and enjoyed refined and original dishes, such as a grilled octopus that was divine. My partner raves about it and highly recommends it, just as I do.
15/02/2026: Last night, February 14th, we had dinner at this Valentine's Day-themed restaurant. The dinner was truly excellent, kudos to the staff. Everything was exceptional, with unique dishes: from the nuggets served in avocado sauce to the truffle and stracchino ravioli for the first course, and the braised veal cheek on purple potatoes for the second course—a true delight. I highly recommend this restaurant. The table service was also impeccable, of course.

28/03/2026: Master Pizza prepared by a master pizza chef. Beyond the high-quality ingredients, this is the kind of pizza that's worth a prize. Thin, well-cooked, crispy, and beautifully topped. THE BEST.
15/03/2026: Last night I ordered a pizza (to go) with zucchini WITHOUT SALTED RICOTTA. They made it WITH SALTED RICOTTA AND BASIL. I mentioned it and the pizza chef's assistant said, "It's just a little bit, is that a problem???" Now I wonder, "Why add ingredients you didn't ask for!" That said, they remade the pizza. The pizza chef took it out of the oven and added, "Don't add any toppings to the lady." Honestly, I didn't like the way he presented it, and the pizza (which cost €11) was truly awful.

27/12/2025: There's no need for many words; the dishes are well-balanced in flavor, quantity, and price.
A charming location nestled on the eastern coast of Sicily.
Recommended for Giovanni, couples, and families.
On a windy winter day, their cuisine took me back to the flavors of summer.
The only flaw that needs addressing is the overly homey and rushed customer service.

15/06/2025: affidateVi al cameriere Filippo, Vi consiglierà il meglio, sopratutto un 1° piatto Paccheri allo scoglio, fenomenali, non prendete il sorbetto un pò annacquato, e l'anguria.il resto ok.
09/06/2025: Mancano servizi essenziali. Avevamo bisogno di costumi e teli mare e non avevano ne l'uno ne l'altro. Il minimo di cui aspettarsi da un lido al mare.

31/07/2025: Truly an unexpected gem, excellent value for money, top-notch service (the waiters were ready to satisfy our needs as best as possible). The highlight? Try the Catalan-style lobster, truly excellent. I will definitely be back.
