09/07/2025: I couldn't wait for it to reopen. The wait time for the right pizzas was long, the staff were friendly, and I found them to be very helpful. The prices seemed fair.
01/06/2025: We had dinner and tasted an excellent pizza with a really light dough and the typical aroma of a wood-fired oven: the choice fell on the pizza that bears the name of the restaurant, stuffed with fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, Norcia sausage and chopped pistachios. The cooking was impeccable, especially under the pizza and pleasant speckles on the surface. The flavor of the Norcia sausage was unique. The choice of dessert fell on a chocolate cake with a soft center, a sweet and balanced flavor that was not cloying to the palate, served with a decoration that was pleasant to the eye. The total cost of the dinner for 3 pizzas, 2 drinks, 2 desserts and the service charge is perfectly in line with the quality of the food, as well as the speed of the service. A place to definitely return to.

20/02/2025: La pizza è ottima, con impasto molto leggero e buona cottura. Ma ciò che ha reso l'esperienza davvero speciale è stato il personale. Gentilissimi e sempre pronti a fare due chiacchiere, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, dando consigli sulle specialità e creando un'atmosfera familiare e rilassante. La loro cordialità ha sicuramente reso il pasto ancora più piacevole. Un posto che consiglio a chi cerca non solo una buona pizza, ma anche un servizio che sa come coccolare i clienti.
