29/04/2025: Disappointment! This is not a traditional restaurant, not recommended for those who want to have a whole lunch. Academy of culinary culture, where there is no paper menu, there are no elements that make up a dish, the restaurateur recites what she has prepared that day: they are always the same things. They are only brought for show, nothing concrete, I woke up empty in every sense of my pocket and stomach. Not recommended!
27/04/2025: Restaurant located in the Salento hinterland capable of stimulating gustatory emotions. A series of dishes masterfully crafted with excellent cooking techniques. An experience certainly worth repeating, because we were truly entranced by Simone's cuisine.
