15/12/2024: I stayed at the Brigantino hotel in Porto Recanati with a group for work reasons. I found unique availability and professionalism. They followed us and supported us in everything from the moment we organized the trip. Every detail was taken care of, contributing decisively to the success of the whole. It is rare to find, especially at work, someone who still knows how to put the person at the centre. Thank you so much!

11/01/2025: Everything impeccable!!! From fresh fish to service to location!!!
04/01/2025: Last Wednesday 1st January we had dinner at this nice restaurant located on the seafront of Porto Recanati and known for having participated in Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" show in 2019. Very welcoming and well furnished place, very friendly staff and service. After choosing the wine, an excellent Verdicchio di Matelica "Vertis" 2022 from the Borgo Paglianetto company, we started with sea bass cappellacci in clam stew, lemon and ginger with mullet bottarga and a tuna pizza with mozzarella, fresh tuna, pistachios and scamorza smoked, both very good. Subsequently I had a turbot in porchetta with golden potatoes, cabbage, truffle and smoked provola sauce, truly delicious. Finally the desserts, we both chose a very good mandarin creme brulee. A water, a Cola Zero and two coffees for a final bill of 105 Euros for two, absolutely correct given the goodness of the dishes chosen and the excellent quality raw materials. Recommended place, we hope to be able to return soon! Well done!

18/10/2024: Was more of a disappointment than a pleasant evening at the restaurant
The setting is very nice, a good mix between old and new.
The food, on the other hand, was rather tasteless, you couldn't really call it bad because we ate it.
But the vongole sauté mainly lacked garlic and salt and pepper
Then we had the seafood risotto, which was better but far from a gem.
Maybe we were unlucky that evening and people are more motivated in the kitchen on other days
06/10/2024: Not just wizards of broth, fried calamari, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect grilled roast: I tried different types of fish, white and blue, each cooked to perfection, with delicate aromas that enhance the quality of the catch, all local .
Seeing is believing, then tell me if I'm right.

15/10/2024: Tutto molto buono, antipasti un pochino scarsi rispetto agli altri ristoranti ma molto buoni... Frittura ottima asciutta al punto giusto... Cordialità eccellente. Consigliato
28/09/2024: Senza infamia e senza lode. Buono il primo con le vongole, abbastanza modesto il pesce alla griglia, avuto peraltro dopo una lunga attesa. Inoltre, nonostante che la lista dei vini apparisse ricca e completa, le nostre due prime richieste sui vini, tutt'altro che rari, non sono state accolte ed alla fine ci è stato portato un vino sicuramente buono, ma con un costo decisamente superiore, senza nessun avviso in proposito. Se torniamo a Porto Recanati, sicuramente cerchiamo altrove.

16/08/2024: Gentilmente chiediamo se c'è posto aspettiamo dieci minuti con i camerieri che si rimbalzavano le comande, finalmente ci dicono che un posto ci sarebbe stato da lì a mezz'ora in un modo cafone ed arrogante e no,non ci siamo fermati. Basta questo.
