The cuisine is excellent, with dishes crafted with attention to detail, quality ingredients, and truly well-balanced flavors. Each course was a pleasant surprise. The service also deserves special mention: the staff are professional, friendly, and always attentive to the customer's needs. A perfect place for both a romantic dinner and a special evening with friends. It's one of those restaurants where you don't just enjoy the good food, but also the complete experience. 22/08/2026: We went to eat here based on the positive reviews. We've never made a worse mistake! Beware of appearances: exorbitant prices, visibly stressed waiters, a classic tourist-trap restaurant with a facade hiding the same old, hackneyed ideas that only appeal to pretentious, self-absorbed palates. Failed.

27/07/2026: I was truly satisfied with this fantastic place. The food was simply excellent, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and the staff were very thorough and attentive in their service. I will definitely be back.

17/08/2026: Excellent experience. Marco is exceptionally helpful: he goes out of his way to make his customers feel comfortable, and you can tell he's putting his heart and soul into it. We had lunch right under our umbrella, with impeccable service and no waiting. The beach and facilities were always clean, and the staff were courteous from start to finish. The atmosphere is popular with families with young children and adults alike. We'll definitely be back.

14/08/2026: Back for the sixth time, very different feedback. More expensive and worst quality. We took the crudite, sea salad and olives + mixed grilled fish, two dessert to finish. A bottle of wine 30€. With the exception of olives, the rest was nothing special. We ended up paying 133€ in 2 for a standard meal. I will give Ciaschi’ another chance m, keep you posted.

15/07/2026: On the advice of a hotelier, we made a reservation for dinner that morning. However, if I had met the owner first, I wouldn't have done so! Anyway, the food is good.

04/07/2026: Extremely slow service. More than half an hour for a plate of spaghetti with clams.

09/08/2026: We stayed 15 days at their lido. We had a great time, the staff were very kind and helpful, from the lifeguards especially Lorenzo and Enrico to the bar-restaurant staff, the beach and umbrellas were always clean and tidy, another wonderful memory was the entertainment girls Lara and Camilla... My children loved them and for us parents it was a moment to enjoy a few hours of relaxation, so really, thank you❤️ Highly recommended.

05/08/2026: Lousy place. The ingredients used are not fresh. The oysters were inedible, the texture was that of boiled mussels, not oyster-like.
