Every detail is thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted, and nothing is left to chance. The kitchen, directed by young chef Mirko, is simply extraordinary in its ability to combine tradition and modernity. A journey of flavors, taste, and authenticity with the local area. Dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail that reveal the research and passion behind them. You can sense true values ​​such as respect for people and work, trust, and pride in belonging to our unique identity, made up of products unique in the world, all seasoned with a great sense of humility built day after day. An experience worth repeating. Simply excellent.

15/09/2025: A pleasantly surprising place with its decor and excellent products. I've been there a couple of times and enjoyed the food. The young waitress was friendly and helpful, as was another lady, while the owner, perhaps, was a little cold and unhelpful. A tip for the platter: for that price, add a little more (3 slices of fresh cheese, a small piece of sausage, 1 slice of Ciauscolo, and 2 thin slices of something else?). The wine is excellent, as is the price. It deserves a 5-star rating, but the lady's rude attitude keeps me from doing so. I'll be back anyway, and I hope she changes her attitude, or I'm just having a bad day.
