23/06/2024: As a mature American woman traveling solo, this place is ideal! A free shuttle greeted me at MXP after a call to the front desk. ( I tipped the sweet driver for lugging all my luggage in, )check in was warm and friendly, they explained all the amenities and made my dinner reservation in house. The grounds are beautiful! (There is a park next door too) I stayed in Rm 302 perfect! Clean, safe, ac nice and cold, overlooking the gardens/pool) zero sound from airport!! (Only wished for a pillow less large and softer.) Bed was great on my sore back! Woke up refreshed. Breakfast for me was on the go (Cafe to go was fast with a smile) Towels at front desk for lounging at the pool. Perfect place to relax on my last night touring Italy after a family wedding in Tuscany. Dinner was excellent, ordered 3 courses (filet perfectly cooked),café and tiramisu was probably the best in my trip. This is definitely a 4 star. The waitstaff could not be nicer and they appreciated my American tipping. I highly recommend! Arrivederci ! --would return again.
