12/08/2024: La Trattoria Quaglini è stata una piacevolissima e buonissima scoperta.
Piatti curati, buoni, prodotti di ottima qualità e cucinati molto bene.
Personale cordiale, simpatico e a disposizione del cliente, senza essere invadente.
La trattoria si trova in un posto silenzioso, circondato dal verde.

11/08/2024: Sono più di 15 anni che almeno una volta l'anno vado a mangiare in questo posto e non mi ha mai deluso
Che sia la griglieria estiva o l'opulento menù del ristorante, l'esperienza soddisferà tutti i palati sapendo trovare nuovi gusti mantenendo fedeltà ai piatti della tradizione italiana
Uniche le serate a tema del periodo autunnale/invernale dove tra la mortadella al tartufo, funghi fritti e risotto montebore e tartufo si raggiungono livelli veramente alti alla portata di tutti (45 euro vino incluso, occasiond da non farsi scappare)
Menzione d'onore la mostarda di Voghera che mi ha fatto riprendere l'olfatto a un anno di mancanza dello stesso dal covid XD

15/07/2024: Sunday lunch and stay by the pool: The analysis would be complex and not being in the profession I prefer not to do it, I believe that lunch is the so-called "all smoke and no roast" starting from the fact that if I wanted to eat pasta with cream and courgette (field) as a surprise (the Sunday menu on the website did not include this dish), I was at my house, and perhaps not even at my house, presented as if it were a gourmet dish: 7 celeries, but made of drawn durum wheat bronze, preceded by 3 wholemeal tortelli, or rather very wholemeal, almost filled with ricotta and spinach, butter and pepper,
Second courses but even less: a slice of stuffed puff pastry (really stuffed) with spinach and ricotta for a change, and a nice slice of pickled pork or a slice of boiled cooked ham, salad, moka coffee because it's tradition, wine water and sweet.
We didn't go to the pool because it was already very late, around 4pm (lunch starts around 1pm, but the restaurateur still wanted €24 because you have to pay for the reservation for the afternoon pool! Therefore we paid and left, not because we were full, because it was very late, I repeat.
Oh I forgot, the location is enchanting for my tastes, and the lady, I think the owner, is very polite and kind, as is the young girl at the reception.
13/07/2024: The best homemade bio pasta on the planet is made specifically at this precise location with top ingredients from the garden! Exquisite by all means and standards! Our second time here and it is worth to fly here just to taste this pasta! Consistently Exquisite and exciting taste! Thank you!! We hope for more!
