01/04/2024: The restaurant is located in a privileged corner because, even though it is in the historic center of Alzano, it has a well-kept garden where you can eat in the summer and which is an excellent business card as soon as it lights up. You are welcomed by the owner: smiling, kind and without plastic formalities. The staff proved to be discreet, attentive, helpful and always smiling. The place is carefully furnished, tidy, clean and the details are taken care of: from the cutlery to the personalized napkin for the bottles, to the furnishings. Delicious Food: Our guests have raved about every door. The menu is varied and off-menu items are offered. The bread tray, rich and varied, is replaced as soon as it is empty. Entrée, dove and biscuits to accompany the offered coffee. Rich and varied wine list in terms of choice and prices. I took very few photos but the presentation of the dishes is very careful. We will happily return

01/04/2024: Beautiful location, parking 5 minutes walk away. The service is very attentive and professional. Complete menu with abundant courses and very fresh raw materials!!! . I was with the family and we felt pampered. Highly recommended!!

Smiling staff, explanation of the dishes, excellent food, logical prices (quality must be paid for, the right amount as in this case). Their casoncelli are worth trying, but also the pasta with lake ragù, catfish fish, and many other excellent dishes.

04/05/2024: Very, very small portions like in the Master Chef program - a quarter of a potato in a dish with chicken, a tiny piece of eel, two small portions of duck. The flavors of the dishes are very refined and specific, some not to everyone's taste, such as risotto with sardines - I personally didn't like it. The eel is very fatty. The duck is more raw than baked. Well, maybe that's the beauty of this restaurant. Everyone raves and we complain. The staff did not inform us that the duck dish contained foie gras, duck fat. We are against animal abuse. Knowing this, we would not order this dish, especially since this practice is banned in most countries. The dishes were presented very aesthetically and looked just like in the photo. The service was polite. The interior and surroundings of the Zu restaurant complement the amazing panorama of Lake Iseo. For us, this is the restaurant's greatest advantage. The prices at Ristorante Zu are quite high. Dishes around 30 euros and above, beer 20 euros. Parking is available at the restaurant.

Beautiful inside and out, friendly and attentive staff. we took the tasting menu (7 courses) for €75 each. and it was very much to our taste: the courses had a nice presentation and the ideas behind the dishes were very nice. All the dishes of the tasting stood out for a well-balanced note of acidity, which we love. In the end we were satisfied with the location, the price, and the food. Too bad they only have one restaurant... we want you in Milan too

01/04/2024: Nice place, welcoming atmosphere. Starter Mare e monti, nothing too exciting. The first was very good, casoncelli, tasty and well-made pasta. A little high, I'm lowering my rating for that. 45 euros for a starter, a first course and a dessert, a bit too much, considering that the starters and dessert had already been chosen by the restaurant. To be honest we ordered some wine. Perhaps focusing more on typical cuisine and with a slightly more modest price would certainly have increased the rating. Still a good place to eat.

Excellent food, very kind staff, very professional and very honest prices. The meat was special, but the cake that was recommended to me was unbeatable. When I'm in the area I will definitely go back.

21/03/2024: Excellent restaurant with pampered cuisine and exquisite flavors. The treatment of the staff at the height of the site. Reservation is recommended, it is not very big, max 25 people. The dining room does not lack details, centerpieces, lamps, etc. The food is very delicious, low quality products and the house pasta, of course.

14/05/2024: Exceptional! From the first moment we felt welcome. We were a group of 9 people and they treated us like gentlemen. Friendly and helpful staff. But it's the food that really reigns supreme. Looking for a typical Bergamo dinner, we found the right place. The cold cuts and cheese starters were delicious. The casoncelli alla Bergamasca are exceptional. The polenta, both the local one with cheese and the grilled one, was also delicious. House wine and to finish an excellent coffee affogato. I would like to underline the hospitality and attention towards us by the very kind staff. Another noteworthy mention are the prices, which are decidedly reasonable, especially compared to the high quality offered. We were all extremely satisfied and I can only recommend the place!

10/05/2024: Very generous portions, incredible value for money. We especially liked the casoncelli and the meatloaf. Nice and unpretentious atmosphere, friendly and quick service. We will definitely be back... Two first courses, a second course, a side dish, half a liter of wine and two coffees: 44 euros. Better than this..

04/04/2024: We love it! The owner and waiter Wiktor are wonderful! very unpretentious and relaxed atmosphere, like at home. Delicious local wine, creamy risotto, tiramisu... Whenever we come back to Bergamo, we will visit this osteria.
