12/06/2024: Located in the small village of Fossanova right next to the Abbey.
Rustic restaurant but well kept both internally and externally, despite the very heat in the garden it was nice and airy.
Good food but the cacio e pepe with truffle disappointed me a lot, too much pepper and very watery. The rest of the first courses, starters and second courses were very good and tasty.
09/06/2024: Excellent restaurant practically "inside" the Fossanova Abbey. Very characteristic inside, beautiful space outside.
Excellent quality of products and well presented dishes.
Prices not exactly low, but fair if you consider the quality of the raw materials.
Perhaps the service is a little slow., But the atmosphere makes the wait pleasant.
Overall, the suckling pig was excellent, while the tiramisu was not to my liking.
Recommended stop combined with a visit to the abbey.
