10/07/2025: A gem in the lower Po Valley that pleasantly surprised me 🤩 A breeze of slightly cooler air in this scorching period 🔥 The food was good. The idea of bringing Apulian flavors to Emilia is great. The plating was well done. The (female) service could be slightly reworked 😉 to bring it into line with the location. The staff, however, were calm and well-prepared in describing the courses. Worth trying again in the fall to try new dishes. Well done 👏🏻
08/06/2025: Delicious experience: very good food, prepared and competent staff and location up to par. Adequate waiting times between courses.
I highly recommend it, menu with few dishes but well constructed.
