01/04/2026: We went to this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday in late February. We booked a table for 13 people (8 adults and 5 children). The appetizer was truly generous and enough to fill everyone up. Indeed, the following dishes arrived: prosciutto, mozzarella, and ricotta, roasted artichokes, bruschetta, peppers, meatballs in tomato sauce, escarole pizza, potato frittata, and more. I especially found the appetizer very good, especially the escarole pizza, which was truly soft and perfectly greasy. The cold cuts platter was also top-notch (the mozzarella was truly delicious!). I wasn't particularly impressed with the first courses (I ordered pasta and potatoes, expecting it to be with provolone, but I ended up with a dish more like pasta and beans, which was quite disappointing). I confess that my husband makes the spaghetti with clams better. Since I was full, I skipped the second course. I'm giving this place two stars because there was no transparency when we booked. We thought there was a fixed-price menu, but when we got there, we realized they don't always do it, but only on special occasions (like March 8th). We also knew there would be entertainment for children, but there wasn't any. In the end, the kids made do with playing in the restaurant courtyard. Service was also slow; we finished eating at 5:00 PM. The appetizer was good, but for all the things I mentioned, I think it could be improved.
