15/03/2024: Sono Napoletano ma frequento Salerno per motivi affettivi da 10 anni. Mea culpa per non aver provato prima questo locale. In centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalle principali “attrazioni”, ma non turistico. Menù ricco ma non eccessivo. Piatti semplici “tradizionali” misti a qualche innovazione e abbinamenti ricercati. Fritture asciutte croccanti e abbondanti. Ottimo il baccalà ed anche i calamaretti. Troccoli con granchietto buonissimo e anche io tonno croccante. Vino rosato imbottigliato (20€) e liquore offerto. Costo 85€ Credo che per la qualità e la bontà dei piatti siano ottimamente spesi. Una nota particolare al proprietario e la sua famiglia, davvero cortesi e simpaticissimi

25/02/2024: Locale non molto grande,tavoli un po' piccoli e un po' troppo vicini tra loro. In tre non riuscivamo a mettere le diverse portate sul tavolo. Servizio rapido,discreta scelta dei vini. Abbiamo preso prima diversi antipasti, di buona qualità e pesce cotto bene. Poi ho preso uno scialatiello ai frutti di mare, buono ma mancava un po' di carattere ed era presente qualche guscio rotto. Frittura nella media. Prezzo giusto,sui 40-50 a testa. Locale pieno anche a pranzo infrasettimanale quindi consiglio di prenotare

05/02/2024: I will not return and do not recommend. Before lunch I was unable to wash my hands due to the malfunctioning of the paper roll holder. The wine: a very poor quality Fiano, at a very high price, I tried to find it on the web, the bottle is sold online for a few euros. The first: spaghetti and clams without love or flavour, very greasy. Not al dente at all! Second: fried calamari is perhaps the only acceptable thing, too bad that at the "modest" price of €17 there were only 4 counted wheels. The dessert: I would like not to talk about it because of the embarrassment but at this point I have to complete; the babas bland and inconsistent, the tiramisu an abomination of fatty cream, nothing that recalled the lightness and softness of the ancient Treviso dessert. ..In case you want to express disappointment towards this review, I recommend rather than impulsively railing to improve yourself..

04/02/2024: Fish always fresh and well prepared. I would say one of the top restaurants in Salerno where you can eat excellent seafood dishes. Nice place, very clean and spacious. Very kind and attentive staff. The only flaw, but a negligible one, is that it does not have an area with outdoor tables which would be very welcome in the summer. Prices more than fair, definitely recommended. We returned today once again to let one of our Roman guests eat the excellent dishes prepared by the talented Gaetano which, as always, delighted us. Today there are several new features on the menu, never the same but always of high quality. All enriched by excellent service and a simple but very attractive presentation. Very good, keep it up!
