This restaurant is not just a place to eat, but a true embrace of flavors and friendliness, which immediately won me over. The dish that literally won me over was the Lardiata 😋 an excellence that alone is worth the trip. It's a dish I highly recommend to anyone who wants to savor a piece of local gastronomic history. All the staff were exquisitely kind and professional, attentive to every need but never intrusive.
