I had the best steak of my life here but everything was simply top notch.

11/05/2026: Fantastic restaurant!!!
We were staying at a nearby hotel, and other guests recommended this restaurant.
We ate there the second night, and then again the following night because it was so delicious.
The waitresses were very friendly, and the place was lovely with a sea view.

21/11/2025: Ottomano is a charming family run business with the kindest owners and servers. Not only did we try some of the best seafood we had in Ischia here, but the restaurant allowed us to stay inside with them even when they were closing, because of the rainfall that wouldn’t stop. We were unprepared and they kindly welcomed us to remain indoors as we enjoyed an espresso and cuddles from the owners dog. The mixed seafood appetizer is a must - it changed my opinion on anchovies for the better because of how fresh and lightly dressed in lemon it was. Everything is worth trying here. Thank you Ottomano!

02/09/2025: We were looking for a local panini on the beach and found it at Samy's. It was rich with mozzarella, tomato, ham, arugula, and parmesan, and it was divine.

Tutto buonissimo e di qualità. Il sig. Mario è una persona gentilissima e premurosa.
La specialità della Cantina dei Nitrodi è senza ombra di dubbio il coniglio nel “pignatiello” di ceramica. … Non ci sono parole per descrivere quanto sia buono. Per non parlare degli antipasti della casa che comprendono delle fave sott’olio fatte direttamente da loro che sono di una bontà unica.
Grazie perché con tanti sforzi continuate a tenere aperto un posto così. Vi apprezzo tanto per la fatica che fate anche nel coltivare i prodotti a km 0 che utilizzate nella vostra cucina. 👍🏻💪🏻💪🏻
26/04/2024: Ristorante a gestione famigliare con piatti della tradizione isolana. Ottime insalate e bruschette. Il pezzo forte però è il coniglio all’Ischitana, da non perdere. Si posso anche portare a casa le conserve prodotte da loro. Una chicca accanto alla fonte di Nitrodi.

21/09/2024: Posto incantevole con stupenda vista su Capri.Siamo stati accolti dalla simpatia del proprietario Ciro che ci ha deliziato con piatti che ricordavano profumi e sapori di una volta.Vale la pena ritornarci.

16/09/2024: Nach der Wanderung haben wir hier gespeist. Und bei den mehreren Kaninchen-Speisen, die wir auf Ischia gegessen haben, ist das Menü hier für uns einmalig. Das Essen ist total köstlich! Und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dazu noch unschlagbar. Vorspeise, Nachspeise und Getränke sind eine gute Ergänzung zum Kaninchen. Es gibt auch leckere Gemüse und Salate.
