04/12/2025: we went on a saturday lunch, we waited 30 minutes for a table and then 20 minutes for some menus. then a further 20 minutes until someone took our order and then disappointingly the food took 40 minutes to arrive and was then incorrect. however was food was delicious and the portions were great! the morrocan tea was exquisite! (limited menu but good vegetarian options)

15/11/2025: Without exaggeration, we are a family of four, two adults and two children, from Briançon, France. We've been eating at this restaurant almost once a month since we discovered it by chance in 2018 or 2019. We only eat the pizzas, and although they are generous, it's the only restaurant where our plates go home empty. The rest is very good service, and the prices are much more affordable than others.

22/11/2025: We went back: the tikka marsala was once again delicious (spicy), as were the veggie tagine and the feta and spinach puff pastry, accompanied by an amazing mango and almond compote! There wasn't enough dessert, but I would have been curious to try it! The place is truly charming.

10/12/2025: A Moroccan restaurant with authentic flavors, in a refined setting (we're in the Hammam near Porta Palazzo). The manager is extremely kind, while a few more smiles—and a little less haste in wanting to close at 10:15 PM—from the waiter wouldn't hurt. Overall, a very positive experience, were it not for the prices. The so-called "single dish" (excellent, to be honest), consisting of a few grilled sausages and grilled vegetables, is simply a second course at an exorbitant price. What's astonishing is the price of the desserts: eight euros for a slice of Baklaoua is a Michelin-starred restaurant price. In short, spending 40 euros per person for two appetizers for four and one main course each is truly inadequate. It's a shame because the food and the location were truly delightful.

The restaurant, located in the heart of the La Pigna neighborhood, is a small journey beyond the sea: three rooms on two levels, majolica and ceramics reminiscent of the Maghreb, elegantly furnished tables, and soft lighting that create an intimate and evocative atmosphere. Perfect for a cozy dinner in the alleyways or for a mint tea served with its traditional fare. The owner is welcoming, kind, and able to offer attentive advice. The table features classic dishes made to order: couscous (also vegetarian, merguez, or royale), fragrant tagines, well-balanced tabbouleh, and hummus; warm Arabic bread, and mixed antipasti that encourage sharing. Among the desserts, don't miss the "desert sand," Saharan biscuits, and baklava, perfect with mint tea. Generous portions and fair prices complete a pleasant and light experience. After dinner, you can move to the hookah lounge for a fruity shisha: soft music, sofas, and a slow pace will make you forget you're just steps from the Sanremo sea. A place that coherently combines taste and atmosphere.
