We had dinner at Mido. A uniquely kind owner, he carefully explained the dishes to us and advised us on our choice. Very varied choice; falafel couscous and kebab really recommended. Price below average: €60 for 3 people with appetizers, 3 dishes, hot tea, water and dessert. Perfect for vegans, vegetarians and those who are lactose intolerant.

Simply a show. Very kind and courteous manager and cook. Stunning food and suitable for vegans if requested (including dessert). The only note of improvement could be the bread which is not homemade but logistically difficult to manage. Generous portions that leave you satisfied and with food for the following day. Perfect price (around €26 each).

Locale ormai storico per chi conosce Milano. La cucina e i piatti proposti sono autentici e tutti cucinati dalla moglie del titolare. Ambiente familiare con il titolare che spiega perfettamente e in maniera gentile e simpatica. Da provare: falafel e riso con frutta secca.

Ristorante consigliato. Location tranquilla, piatti ben preparati e ben presentanti, personale molto cordiale, porzioni molto abbondanti e prezzi onesti. Noi abbiamo provato il mix di polpette, il thè nero e un risotto con la frutta secca, il coperto (piadine con varie salse) e il caffè Arabo. Torneremo sicuramente.

03/09/2023: Fra i magazzini del CAMM si annida questo ristorante egiziano, veramente buono. Sono stata a cena e mi sono trovata benissimo. Il babaganoush era spaziale ma in generale tutti gli antipasti erano ottimi, così come le verdure ripiene di riso. La tajine, anche se non è una specialità egiziana, era cucinata benissimo, la carne tenera, così come ottima era la grigliata, con la carne speziata nel modo giusto. Servizio sollecito è molto gentile e prezzo più che onesto. Infine, i videoclip di cantanti egiziani hanno rallegrato l’ambiente e aumentato la sensazione di trovarsi in un ristorante del Cairo e non a Milano, dietro via Mecenate…

01/04/2024: Nice atmosphere. The welcome is nice and as soon as you enter the door they give you dates and milk. Honestly, I wasn't impressed by the food and the portions are a bit small. We ordered a tajine for 2 but it looked like a portion for 1 person. I have to say I would go back just for the atmosphere. Hookah was okay.
31/03/2024: This place is fantastic 😍 very knowledgeable staff, the food is amazing! Absolutely recommended
