20/08/2025: Avoid like the plague. We booked this restaurant this morning, but when we arrived, there was no table reserved because, according to them, they were "overrun with people who hadn't booked." Does this sound like a good reason to give away a reserved table? Why book if not to be sure of getting a table? After some hesitation and a bit of a wait, we sat down at the small table of four. Once our orders were taken, we tried to order bottled wine, for which there was no wine list. Consequently, we had to get up and look at the display case, where we couldn't choose, since most of the wines were in the cellar. Therefore, we had to speak to the wine assistant, who said they had wines they didn't have, and then showed up at the table with wines we hadn't ordered. Their excuse? The wine we ordered was warm and therefore unpresentable. And guess what? The wine we had "forced" to order, how was it available? Obviously warm. A mockery. Slow service and incompetent staff, by their own admission. The kitchen was equally slow. Lunch takes almost four hours, so good luck. We ordered tagliolini with shrimp and various trout. The tagliolini were excellent, but under the pretense of having ordered four portions, they handed us a tray. And once we divided them up, we realized how small the portions were, with perhaps 60 grams of pasta per person. Although very good, they were indigestible. The trout were good, but not the brown trout we requested; they were common trout, contrary to what we were told when we ordered. A scam. Avoid the truffle trout, as there are no truffles; they serve a truffle sauce, but it's the worst kind. And also avoid the vegetables on the side, as they were obviously frozen, even though it's not stated on the menu. So, after being mocked, the extremely small portions, a four-hour wait, and terrible service, we reported what we had received, and for that, we received a discount at the cashier. At least that. From 171 to 170. A scam to the end, never again. It's a shame because the place is wonderful and you can see they know how to cook some things well, but it's not their style. Avoid like the plague.

19/08/2025: We ate there on August 15th, but unfortunately, I have to say we weren't satisfied with either the food or the service. Faustina was a completely different story.
