09/01/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times, and it's always met the expectations of its guests. Tonight was a real flop. The appetizer consisted of a tasteless veal pâté. Culatello was equally tasteless, and the caramelized onions were vinegary. The Cassola consisted of a super-peppery rib, a salami, and two pork rinds. The coffee was undrinkable. It was practically a non-existent dinner, and since it was also my birthday, I refused to order dessert, fearing further disappointment. What a shame. You can make a mistake, but tonight there wasn't a single decent dish. Plus, there was an annoying din in the dining room. Truly disappointing.

11/01/2026: I had dinner with four people in a very elegant setting, with excellent service, truly meticulous attention to detail. We opted for first and second courses, skipping the appetizer. The first courses were good, with risotto and ravioli very good. We opted for the Florentine steak, and that's where the service falls short. The only Florentine steak available was Scottona, which cost €80 per kg. It was brought to the table raw, ready for display. When the main course arrived, the meat was already sliced ​​on a red-hot stone cutting board... totally ruined... the surface was overcooked, but the inside was still overcooked and not rare. No one asked for the right cooking method, which is strange given the high-class service... still, €120 for a Florentine steak, and it really wasn't worth half that... The side dishes were brought without asking for anything, and it cost €6 per person... at least baked potatoes are always included in a €120 course. With the meat, a single bottle of wine cost €24, which, considering the wine itself, was excessive; any other normal bottle would have cost over €30… In conclusion, €300 for four people, or €75 per person… grossly excessive considering the meat service, which really needs to be reconsidered because it makes no sense… When the meat arrived, it was a mountain of meat on the bone, so much so that you couldn't distinguish between fillet and sirloin, and the taste didn't reflect the price at all. As meat lovers, we were truly disappointed with the second course…

07/09/2025: Bad, bad: 1- The lady at the cash register handles cash, cards, receipts, licks her fingers to flip through the paper, and then what? And then, without washing her hands and/or wearing gloves, she handles the ingredients that are supposed to be put raw on the pizzas (arugula, bresaola, etc., etc.) 2- Burnt pizza; out of a €9 pizza, at least €2 are inedible because they're charred.

10/08/2025: The best Neapolitan pizzeria, soft and well-leavened dough, quality toppings, and perfect cooking. Attentive and friendly service, very short wait times. The best in my opinion!

20/01/2026: I'll start by saying that I visited at the end of the season and during "not-full" hours. An elegant restaurant with various service options. It also has a shaded outdoor seating area, ideal for the warmer months. The food is good and the service is excellent. The parking lot is adjacent to the restaurant and overlooks the waterfall. The waterfall offers visual spectacles that are clearly attractive and perhaps drive up the prices a bit.

15/01/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant and well-maintained. In the summer, it's definitely nice to sit outside. The food is excellent. We had fried fish and ossobuco with risotto. The fried fish is spectacular: the fish is incredibly fresh, so the flavor is a feast for the palate. The breading is invisible, so the flavor of the calamari and cuttlefish remains clean and light. The ossobuco meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. The staff is kind and welcoming. The prices are high; the cover charge is €3 per person. The strudel costs €8. Ossobuco and fried fish are €21.50 each, but let's be honest: Prices have gone up everywhere, and the quality hasn't always matched the price, so this restaurant deserves our compliments.
