26/08/2024: Arriving at the restaurant in the middle of a windstorm, we were seated in a beautiful veranda where we felt comfortable and sheltered. The welcome was really pleasant and our poor level of Italian was not an obstacle. The meat was tender and my gigantic calzone scared me at first, but the thinness of the dough is actually a real advantage because you can savor the quality ingredients without filling your stomach with dough. Very nice address. Second visit 2 years later: still the same warm welcome even if the language remains a little complicated but we once again had a pleasant evening.

06/12/2024: Had a wonderful meal here. The food and service were very good and the ambiance perfect for a relaxing luncheon on the veranda. Met the owner, who is charming and lovely. Definitely recommend trying this restaurant!

03/12/2024: It was the only place open after 3pm, once we arrived we were impressed by the environment and the kindness of the staff. Furthermore, special dishes can also be found on the menu. All very good!

27/08/2024: Un piccolo birrificio ma di grande qualità, le birre artigianali fatte da loro sono ciascuna a suo modo interessanti e piacevoli, le ho assaggiate tutte durante le varie visite che ho fatto al Bim's e mi sono piaciute, naturalmente vanno abbinate al piatto giusto ma credo che con il pulled pork stiano tutte bene, beh a pensarci meglio anche con le alette di pollo le loro birre si abbinano tutte... mah... a questo punto credo che la questione vada approfondita, dovrò ritornare per una verifica sul posto dopo di che vi farò sapere i risultati della mia ricerca, se nel frattempo volete fare qualche "ricerca" per conto vostro consiglio sempre di prenotare perchè il locale è bello ma di dimensioni compatte.

26/08/2024: Da tempo cliente del BIM, tappa doverosa se appassionati di birre artigianali e carni affumicate / lenta cottura, tutto davvero ottimo, dolci compresi. Interessanti le formule menù con prezzi nella media. Personale molto gentile, considerando le dimensioni del locale consigliata la prenotazione.

11/11/2024: Esperienza pessima.Abbiamo prenotato una settimana prima 2 menù vegani ...arrivati lì ci hanno proposto spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino con zafferano o vellutata.....premetto che nel menù c'è scritto che si può prenotare il menù vegano..alla fine abbiamo dirottato sui contorni di verdure...servizio scadente e prezzi alti.

23/09/2024: Nota location all'ingresso della Valganna, ristorante curato con atmosfera quasi nordamericana. Personale cortese, servizio nella media. Buon menù di terra, specialmente le novità di stagione (autunnale) in carta. Prese lumache e lepre in salmì, entrambe ottime come l'arrosto. Ben consigliati sui vini, ottimi entrambi (bianco e rosso), carta fornita. Prezzi proporzionati al servito.
