16/06/2025: "I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a negative experience due to the rude behavior of the lady. Although the hotel had many positive aspects, the treatment given to me by the staff was unacceptable. I hope the hotel can improve the training of the staff to provide a better experience to future guests.
