24/06/2025: Il locale è molto bello, curato, dentro e fuori, pulito e ben arredato.
Ogni tanto io e il mio collega abbiamo cenato o pranzato, ci siamo trovati bene anche per la qualità e la varietà dei cibi.
Però dopo ieri sera non credo che ci torneremo.
Porzioni scarse: due antipasti, gnocchi alla romana fuori menù veramente miseri, due dolci ( che fatica seguire il modo in cui il cameriere lì elenca, glieli ho fatti ripetere tre volte), due calici di vino servito aperto, senza nemmeno assaggio.
Il totale di 99 euro è stato veramente il colmo. Ho mangiato pesce di alta qualità in località marine di livello e non ho speso mai questa cifra.
Mi dispiace, si può fare di più nelle porzioni, di meno nei prezzi e parlare un italiano comprensibile.

16/02/2026: We visited this truly beautiful and original restaurant in Salice Terme for Valentine's Day, and the experience was wonderful in every way. The dishes were excellent, carefully crafted, and rich in flavor, prepared with evident attention to the quality of the ingredients. The service was extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel immediately at ease and pampered throughout the evening. One detail we greatly appreciated was the small gift left on the table for the ladies: an elegant and thoughtful gesture that made the atmosphere even more special. It's definitely a place we'll gladly return to and one we recommend to anyone looking for a refined and enjoyable dinner.

24/11/2025: In my opinion, it's an overrated place and definitely too expensive for the quality of the food they serve. The location is beautiful.
01/11/2025: We ate here with friends and it was simply wonderful. The service was incredibly friendly and impeccable. The food is truly excellent, and there was even a parking space for the boat right outside. However, this isn't guaranteed during peak season. We will definitely be back.

12/12/2025: We had dinner at La Monella and had a truly positive experience. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive—one of those services that truly makes a difference and makes you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive.
We tried several dishes:
• Braised beef ravioli, well-executed, with a flavorful filling and thin pastry.
• Speck and brie pizza, balanced and tasty.
• Pear and gorgonzola pizza, with a beautifully balanced sweet-savory contrast.
• Tart with custard and fresh fruit, simple but carefully crafted, perfect for ending the meal.
Also noteworthy is their "torta monella," which we've tried before and is truly excellent. We also noticed the seafood spaghetti on the menu, which we'll definitely try again.
Overall, a reliable restaurant, with refined cuisine and service that deserves special mention. Recommended.

In fact, she's not just a chef, she's also a friend who listens to her customers' requests and then follows through with their "orders"... What more can I say about her and her restaurant, which resembles hers in a welcoming way?

NOTE: Here you can buy a ticket for the private parking lot in the field at the end of the road. Until September, if I understand correctly.

Amazing bread
30/10/2025: After 10 years, I wanted to return to this historic sandwich shop, where I had childhood memories of summers spent with my family, who are well-known in this area.
I couldn't fault the quality of the sandwiches, which is why I insisted on returning with my children and a couple of friends. Unfortunately, I can't speak highly of this quality, especially regarding the owner's unfriendly personality (which fortunately doesn't apply to the employees).
I had a small child with purely physiological needs related to his age: crying from hunger. He was breastfed, so (for those who don't know) an immediate response to his needs.
The moment of crying was clearly not appreciated by the owner, who waited until the men had left to stop me at the entrance and show off his "gentlemanly" side, pointing out that with children so young, I should have UNDERSTOOD (me) that it wasn't the case to go out and relax, as for me, crying was normal because he was my son, but he had customers to satisfy.
I was shocked.
It's a shame, as great was the happiness of returning with my new family, so great was the sadness with which I left: even with a happily full belly, the food went down the wrong way.
