We call back at 8.40pm, the order is still there ready, already glued, and delivery is now scheduled for 9.00pm Finally the order arrives at 9pm, completely cold. Now I wonder how we do it? The justification given is that this evening they have no riders and therefore, perhaps, it is appropriate not to carry out dedicated promotions.
