24/06/2026: I must have passed by dozens and dozens of times without ever asking if they had vegan flavors. Then I happened to go to Paderno Dugnano, always the same Mondogelato chain, and to my pleasant surprise I saw some fruit flavors and even a dark chocolate with a vegan sign, and they were delicious!! So going back to Globo I asked why there are no signs there and therefore no one knows if they have vegan flavors, and I was told in a slightly annoying way that the only flavors are the fruit ones made with water. But why the hell don't you put up signs???? I mean, I should have to queue up, get to the checkout, ask if there are flavors, which flavors maybe I don't like and I queued for nothing?? So I don't understand this difference between one shopping center and another since the chain is always the same, and in Paderno Dugnano the lady who served me was extremely kind and helpful, we even exchanged a few words and so I will definitely go back, I won't set foot here again.

15/04/2026: I'm giving 1 star only because I have to, otherwise I would have given 0. We found a girl with false eyelashes and dark hair. I kindly asked her for a smoothie and she told me there wasn't one, okay, so I always kindly asked her for a juice. It was 7:50 pm, the shopping center closes at 10 pm. And she told me, annoyed, rude and impolite, "We've already washed the machine." Absurd! She puts the receipt on the counter, slamming it. I work in a shopping center like her and it's as if someone came to ask me to pay and I told her no, I already closed the cash registers two hours before closing!!! It's crazy to keep people like that at work. She literally made me lose the desire to buy, in fact I told her I don't want anything, thanks. FIRST AND LAST TIME. I don't recommend it!!!
