They assured me they would prepare the same dishes, but modified to accommodate my intolerances. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Poor service; we had to ask for cutlery several times. I was offered lunch... I would have preferred to pay and eat as I'd been told on the phone. We definitely won't be returning to this restaurant, especially since we chose it based on my intolerances! Again, a huge disappointment.

14/12/2025: The male barista adds an extra 30-50 cents without any explanation, and both the coffee and cappuccino are truly awful: bitter, watered down, a real disappointment. It's a shame because the rest of the bar is truly beautiful and welcoming, and the staff is kind and professional, which makes the experience with this single barista even more disappointing.

29/11/2025: The pizza is actually quite good, the problem is that I politely requested home delivery at 7 PM (I should point out it was Monday), and instead it arrived a full 45 minutes late. What pissed me off even more was that I wasn't notified, and when I called 25 minutes later to inquire, they responded in a rather annoyed and unfriendly manner, despite being polite. All in all, the pizza (€10!!) arrived with holes and burnt parts. I don't recommend it.

The music is really bad (obviously a matter of personal taste), a lot of reggaeton, and like any other small nightclub, there's no room to dance even if you wanted to; everyone walks past you every two minutes, stepping on your feet. Honestly, it's not worth it. The music isn't even that loud, in my opinion.

10/01/2026: We were regular customers, but the pizzas often arrived dry and with little toppings. After politely pointing this out, we were told we were the only ones saying this and that it was the wood-fired oven that was drying out the pizza... as if we'd never eaten wood-fired pizza in our lives. They've lost customers, because when you work in front of the public, criticism should be accepted and respected, regardless of one's personal opinion.

24/07/2025: Friendly and courteous service, plus good coffee and delicious desserts! Strategically located, convenient parking, and facing the beautiful greenery of Villa Cusani's trees. It's worth a visit.
