But this time, I had an experience worthy of recognition. I messed up by buying the wrong washing machine, and both the store manager and a shelf stacker went above and beyond to resolve the issue in such a naturally professional, proactive, lucid, and courteous manner that it felt like another world. I hope this atmosphere, which is undoubtedly created by the personal and professional maturity of the workers who assisted me, is taken into consideration by management, because it represents an asset worth far more than all the advertising they do on television.
