02/12/2024: It has always been our go-to bar, being under our house.
Since the management changed, the collapse was immediate.
The service is poor, slow and disorganized to say the least.
The three girls who are always there are also willing but I have often even witnessed arguments between them or unpleasant responses to customers.
The thing that annoys me the most is always seeing the new owner in a corner, sitting, oblivious to what is happening around him with complaining customers, employees who clearly need help or support.
More than once I have been served coffee with dirty spoons.
I feel sorry for the 3 girls because, although in my opinion they are not capable of providing an adequate service, they are always present and committed. But at this rate, if we don't frequent it much today, I don't think we'll go back again.
